If you look at the list of charges she is facing, she can expect a lengthy prison sentence.

WASHINGTON — Documents obtained by the American Civil Liberties Union featured in a new report released today show the pervasive abuse and neglect of unaccompanied immigrant children detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

“These documents provide a glimpse into a federal immigration enforcement system marked by brutality and lawlessness,” said Mitra Ebadolahi, ACLU Border Litigation Project staff attorney. “All human beings deserve to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their immigration status — and children, in particular, deserve special protection. The misconduct demonstrated in these records is breathtaking, as is the government’s complete failure to hold officials who abuse their power accountable. The abuse that takes place by government officials is reprehensible and un-American.”

The report is based on over 30,000 pages of documents dated between 2009 and 2014.

Therein lies the problem. How can people even begin to see eye to eye, or even agree to disagree, when a mutual source of factual information cannot be agreed upon? One bias will refute the other until there is no basis of truth.

These numbers are accurate. The over simplification is that it obfuscates all the pet projects funded and corrupt governors that get bailouts.

These numbers are a gross oversimplification.

I guess it is time to start caring about the debt again now Trump is out of office.

He added 7.8T in debt in 4 years. The GOP didn't seem to care then.

The GOP hates "socialism" but loves corporate socialism. They never met a trillion dollar tax cut for the rich they didn't like.

They are all for socializing losses and privatizing gains, like the Fed bailing out the stock market buying garbage assets.

Come up with better solutions or step aside. The status quo is not working.

I see people arguing over matters of insignificance. IMO Biden's chances of uniting America would simply be a waste of time, energy and money - better that he step out of the US bubble and help the world solve issues of real importance. At least that way the US would be doing something for the common good, rather than just stand by, do nothing and watch the country implode.
