I just usually say bless you. I realized that some people I said God bless you to weren't very religious at all.

As for the sneezing thing, I tend to miss out the god part and just say bless you :P Either that or if I'm in a bit of a weird mood I'll make a big deal of it :lol:

I just say bless you, that is, if I say anything at all.

Well? John Denver said "so help me,me" when swearing on the BiBle. If he sneezed at the same time I would suspect he would take control of the situation and say "I bless me". However he might just say
"oh da** another cold coming on."

Depends on who I am around, I say "Bless you" to most of the people, but the people I know that are christian, which are some of my family members, then i'll say "God Bless you"!

It just depends, but I say "Bless you" way more then I do "God Bless you" :D
