Today I signed up for the EFTY 30-day trial to test the look and landing page customization feastures. I already have a portfolo on another site. I was just curious what other domainers have done to see what features are available etc. I did notice it did not automatically upload my .TV domains but it did look at WHOIS to find most of the others - even those which were expired. I decided to "not publish" most of the Spanish domains on this EFTY site. Anyone have some examples....

Is there any way to delete all the spam offers that come through the platform (unverified) where people just put in text for offers and phone numbers and are in places like Saint Petersburg RU

Spam in un-verified inquiries is indeed annoying and I will make sure that a solution to the issue will be added to our development roadmap for 2017.

Efty landing pages load so slow I listen for the dialup handshake every time I watch an efty landing page build. I wish I waited to use this service. Its embarrassing. I'd like to see an investment in faster servers before all these new features that will further bog things down. Additionally, I reported godaddy whois info is off by a day in efty over a month ago. Still the same. What is the refund policy for annual purchase?

Sorry to hear the landing pages load slow for you. This seems to be an isolated issue because our average load time is pretty good across the board and we haven't had anyone flagging an issue with load times since we did a big update on our name server configuration last summer. You can easily check this by entering one of your domains into https://testmysite.thinkwithgoogle.com/ and you will see Efty usually scores 7/10 on mobile and 8/10 on desktop load times. Please feel free to share some of your domains here or via email us [email protected] so we can look into this for you more in-depth.

Hi @Doron Vermaat ,

Is there a way to receive all inquiries by email, verified or not? I know this is annoying for most. But over the last couple months, I apparantly received inquiries with offers that I would have taken for my cheaper domains. However, I didn't get an email because it seems that the sellers may have forgotten to verify.

I only saw those inquiries when I checked all my inquiries today.

We are working on a solution for this right now. Expect an update on this very soon!

In Efty, any way to upload BIN prices in *bulk*?

I only see a way to do this manually for each domain. Big pain point which disqualifies efty.

I have just started playing with EFTY and had the same problem and I was discouraged as well. Then I found it. There is a way to upload your domains in bulk. Click on the "Add Domain" link at the top of your cockpit. Then you will see that box to type your domain in there. Right underneath that box is 1 sentence...

" Would you like to add a bunch of domains? You can do a batch import!"

The words "batch import" is actually a link that allows you to do this.

It is kindof hard to see when you aren't looking for it because you aren't sure if it even exists.

You can edit up to 100 domains at once with the bulk editor. To do this you go to your Domains overview. Select the names you want to set BIN prices for, clicks Edit Selection on the top of the grid and then click bulk edit. Now you can add BIN prices for those domains. To copy a value to all the other domains you click the small copy icon next to the input field.

Followed your directions, Doron. But sadly it is impractical for me. I can only edit in bulk if all 100 domains have exactly the same price, which is silly. Domain pricing varies. If you want to enter 100 different prices for 100 domains, then your system forces me to manually click 100+ times and paste 100 times for 100 domains. If I already did the work to price domains in a spreadsheet, then your system will make me waste many hours just to input this basic info for a couple of thousand domains. Please tell me there's another way... Thanks!

Hey everyone - quick update on Inquiries. You can now delete an inquiry from the system by simply opening the inquiry and click the red Delete button in the right-hand corner. We have also implemented some changes to further combat spam in the un-verified inquiries inbox.

@ALLEX - better bulk managing and editing functionality is pretty high up on our list of things we will work on improving in 2017 so I hope to share an update on that soon as well.

Hello Doron, what is more important than these spam is the 404 pages. We need tp have complete control over that. Now if someone accidently goes to a wrong page, He cant gwt back to the market. I.need this sorted badly and I am sure others feel the same. Also, allow adding more meta data or keywords box. Right now it is very difficult to make any changes that will positively affect SEO. Also, add more themes as only 4 which I see are not enough and is making all markets look thw same.

56/100

MOBILE SPEED
47/100
POOR

MOBILE FRIENDLINESS
100/100

That is anything but OK. Could be improved a lot really

@Abdullah Abdullah Their landing pages take me back to another era. Looks like dial up connection watching their pages build. I feel like I wasted my annual subscription buying into their service, because these simple pages load so embarrassingly slow. Efty could be great if they invested in better servers rather than planning all the extra features first that will keep the pages slow. I mentioned this earlier and @Doron Vermaat responded asking me which names in my portfolio are affected. I don't keep track. Truth is, it seems to be ALL of them. Every Efty page I ever see seems to load slow. That's how I know its Efty. I wish Doron would have answered my question. If I could get a refund because of this. Rather that fix the issue all they talk about is new features. Fix your foundation first, Efty, and only then then build on it.

This loadin issue is on all domains , even Doron's marketplace is showing the same stats . I am hoping they are planning to do something about this and also the 404 issue , while adding more themes to give everyone more options.

If they also add more payment options like Payoneer escrow which is looking very nice, then that would be nice since fees are also less.

Well.... Maybe I am asking too much lol

It bothers me so much because they seem blind to it, which I cannot comprehend, and talk of new feature after new feature rather than fixing the basics first. I reported whois info is off by one day in their system months ago. It still is. In the expiring domains dashboard listing. Nitpicky? Maybe, but the devil is in the details

@Abdullah Abdullah - I'll see if there's a quick fix for the 404 landing pages. As for the site speed: does your site load slow when you access it on your mobile device? It takes about 3 seconds for me which is pretty good. As for measuring these type of things much more in-depth you can also use Pingdom: https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/b0YAb/brandonce.com - there's always things to improve and leverage browser caching is one of them. I will also make sure to discuss this with our development team.

@internext From my understanding, you are referring to the load times of the individual For-Sale landing pages, not the marketplace site, correct? I have responded to your post here in this thread and also send you a PM asking for examples but I did not receive a response. I can't work on resolving the issue for you without examples. As I already said this is an isolated case as you are the only user out of hundreds who is experiencing load time issues for our For-Sale landing pages (if anyone else experiences slow load times on their For-Sale landing pages please let us know here).

@Doron Vermaat Did you not see the above sample provided by Abdullah a few posts back? Thats not just me. He even cited your own names as having slow landing pages. Did you not read my posts? They ALL seem slow to me. Literally, when I see a landing page building itself, I say yup its Efty. What about the whois being off a day still, months after you thanked me for the report? Is that just me too? Enjoy my $84 contribution to your product. Im actively searching for a replacement. My fault for not researching better, and buying out of optimism because of your affiliation with Cyger.

Since you wont give a refund, is my account transferable so I can give it away to a newer domainer for free?

PS - yes landing pages are all that I refer to. After seeing them there was no way I was going to use one of my marketplace names to link up to such a slow loading service

You're mixing up two different things. @Abdullah Abdullah is talking about the Efty marketplace sites (BrandOnce.com in his case or NameRockstar.com which is my marketplace he is referring too). He is not referring to our individual For-Sale landing pages such as those you can see at CompanyRecruiter.com, Fay.co or MovingUp.com - Both run on entirely different servers so they are not related in any way when it comes to load times and overall performance.

The Whois expiry date being a day off for GoDaddy domains is something only our Whois data provider can solve so this is not within our control, unfortunately (but we do try to get this resolved by constantly following up with them, asking for an update). I'm sorry you're not happy with Efty but if you don't want to give me examples of domains on which the load time is slow it is going to be very difficult to help you.
