This thread has revealed many of the conflicting undercurrents of current American politics. I have been schooled, and sometimes amused, but it now seems clear to me that the situation in the United States is deteriorating rapidly (and I use the term united, loosely). The situation is definitely no laughing matter.

My thoughts on matters of importance have been expressed and I truly hope that your countrymen will find a peaceful and just resolution to the political dilemma ahead. Use your best judgement, consider both sides of the argument and please make every attempt to resolve your differences without having to resort to arms.

All contributions to the discussion in this thread are a true archive, a profile of the current state of the nation for future generations to reference. Likewise, I have found that your tolerance for this concerned northerner is commendable, and it is my sincere hope that you can find it within your hearts to have tolerance for others who may not share your values and deep-seated political beliefs.

Personally, I find the acrimony and mudslinging vexing to my spirit and I choose not to be a party to the undoing of a nation - a nation that is supposed to be a shining example of Democracy, but as I have no vote, I am gratiously going to bow out of this discussion.

It was a productive day at the rally.... I learned a lot.... there were a few scuffles between rally supporters and BLM members ... nothing big .... there were no signs of any Antifa anywhere all day... just BLM and LGBTQ .... LGBTQ seems to be riding on the coat tail of BLM ... a good productive rally today!!

From what I observe the average left is programed without a doubt, besides one's own intelligence and time and motivation to seek out alternative news sources or knowledge there is very little to counter the leftist view points and now it is even prohibitive to hold any other view points publicly. The left has been brainwashed into thinking they have the moral high ground and anyone that disagrees with them is a conspiracy theorist.

So to sum up, even in the not so crazy leftist they all they can do is repeat stuff from the news cycle but have no knowledge or respect of history, economics, believe in the free, like "our" lennco, suffer from some form of TDS. There are gender wars, cancel culture, trans issues etc. even a nuclear family is something they want to destroy. These current flawed systems do create real societal problems and then they harness unhappiness and grievances people hold and direct them away from personal responsibility into victimhood industry.

While it is true that there is corruption and things could be greatly improved they don't realize they are being lead to be the tools to bring in a completely oppressive system.

And I don't doubt the protesters are being organized and paid for that is why they couldn't not engage with you on anything, they are the dumbest of the dumb. it probably is also that their protest isn't supposed engage but be further divisive this way. This is why BLM picks completely flawed cases to make their stance on, because they don't seek to engage and create a change for the better but to divide and destroy. Real civil cases will suffer for a long time because of their methods.

The media monopolies have teamed up with Twitter, Google and Facebook to tamper with the election by burying conservative voices or anything positive about Trump and highlighting everything bad, true or not. It's a powerful force. And for back-up they have the Dems already preparing to challenge any win, and keep counting until it comes out in their favor. We are looking at the death of the election process in the US if they succeed.

Even if Trump wins, the economy is going to collapse because of decades of debt and corruption. In another 4 years it will another Marxist challenge, and they will likely win. Too many Americans are like the walking dead, drugged up and all primed to demand their share of other people's money. I don't know of any countries in that state of decline that have managed to pull out of it before it all goes Venezuela.

I agree, the outlook is bleak right now,, the possibilities are many ... contested election , economical collapse and on and on ... how and exactly when it all ends who knows... every day is another day of survival right now.... the Plandemic isn’t going exactly as scripted in America by them IMO ... so they continue to make sure the glass is full with the riots and anarchy... what is their next move?? Finally home from Austin... the wife drove back...i slept ....

there were several topic of conversion in Austin with Trump voters... we talked about the possibilities right after the election no matter who wins..... we all kind of have the same thoughts on this... most all of us feel that civil unrest will take place...

We discussed the Democratic narrative and end agenda.... that being be a full government reform and changing our government to at a minimum a Socialist government.... just as myself ... that is where the priorities lay with the people i spoke with...; we will under no circumstances accept a Socialist government reform without a complete country vote.... the majority of us feel like the Democratic party is not going to purpose a vote for Americans to vote on this...we feel it will forced on the American people because it simply wouldn't get the vote to pass by the people. we did discuss the tossing in of communism with the socialism... we feel like how America is a split 75% - 25% .... the 25% part in this case would be instituting communism into Socialism.

we discussed how all these riots and anarchy are formed by the young people and how these young people really have no idea what this country has gone through to be what is today... we also discussed how these young people haven't a real clue of how Socialism and communism countries function... that aside from what they read in books and online..

we had some deep discussions on what Texas needs to do and is going to do should civil unrest occur in our state... we all agreed that we must hold down our state ... block off borders coming into our state ... and protect the state... we all agreed if civil unrest happens it will be each state holding down their state... not people traveling to other states to fight and ect.

We all agreed that Joe Biden is not the choice of the Democrats to take on the position of President, nor is he their choice to reform the US government... we all agreed that Biden was selected to run this campaign simply because he is the best they have to win the election and give them the power to run their gamut in initiating a form of government... so we believe that Biden will be replaced no longer than 6 months after taking the seat if he wins the election...what we couldn't figure out is who will take the reigns of bringing in the new government.... none of us thought Kamala Harris is the chosen one to do this.
