Problem solved. Thanks Nick!Ever since the update my expired domains have disappeared from my account. Has anyone else noticed this problem? If so is there a way to retrieve them? Even the ones that expired 2 days ago aren't showing up...

I just got an email from SAV:
"Please verify that this contact information is accurate by clicking the link below in the next 14 days.
If the contact information is not verified within 14 days, any domain name using these as the Registant will be disabled".
The problem is when I click on that link, I'm getting this:
Verification Error
There was a WHOIS contact verification error. Please click the link in your email again. Contact Support [AT] sav.com if the issue persists.
I think SAV is rebuilding their systemIf SAV really means business,they should step up their support, it's not competitive with what is obtainable in other registrars.
How can you change the DNS of a domain and after 5 days it's still not resolved still showing SAV' s Lander?

This is getting weird. This name was on tranafer lock and it was supposed to be over on 19th jan which makes 60 days. I tried transferring the name to epik on 20th jan (the 61 days) and Sav wouldn't remove the 60 days lock. Now the lock date has changed to 21st jan which makes it 62 days.I have been trying to transfer a domain out of Sav to Epik since yesterday. It keeps failing and saying the domain is locked when I have already unlocked it. Sav should do something
I have done that. Please help@Grilled Submit a support ticket with the full domain names then DM me and ill ensure the codes are sent to you right away. We are working on a fix for this as we speak.
