This is getting weird. This name was on tranafer lock and it was supposed to be over on 19th jan which makes 60 days. I tried transferring the name to epik on 20th jan (the 61 days) and Sav wouldn't remove the 60 days lock. Now the lock date has changed to 21st jan which makes it 62 days.I have been trying to transfer a domain out of Sav to Epik since yesterday. It keeps failing and saying the domain is locked when I have already unlocked it. Sav should do something
I have done that. Please help@Grilled Submit a support ticket with the full domain names then DM me and ill ensure the codes are sent to you right away. We are working on a fix for this as we speak.

@Grilled For what i see, it doesn't create either. I think only if they reply to our email we can see the ticket number.
Is anybody else having issues receiving AUTH codes?
It looks like a new system was put into place, and AUTH codes which were once instantly shown in domain details, are now (supposed to) being emailed to the address on file.

I resubmitted the request for AUTH Codes, and the ghosted Auth Code Issue appears to be fixed now.

Thanks for sharing. Prior to switching to the new Domain Manager, we did see a few instances where our system caught a domain via backorder but incorrectly let a new registration though after the domain was caught. These have been corrected and this is no longer an issue in the new Domain Manager.one of my domain registered ( printy dot co ) on jan 1 was suddenly no longer visible in my account since 15th. i had even used it for two weeks (changed namesevers twice) when i inquired from nick about it i'm being told that it was backordered before i registered the domain. Still i was not only able to register the domain but also had even control of it for two weeks before it was taken away on 15th. Nick apologized and assured me that they have fixed this bug in their system. I wanted to share this experience for others to know.
I like Sav, I'm moving some of domains to you because of the price, I already have more than 10 domains with Sav. But the registrar to registrar transfer is taking too long. Also could be the reason why Dan is severing ties with you because the issue with the slow transfer.
I was supposed to register a domain on your site today, but I reg'd it in another registrar.
