I have an email from his attorney that attempts to facilitate a refund albeit with a caveat of being sued in a breach of contract. I am now unable to get any reply from the supposed attorney, not even a confirmation that he is in fact represented!

The dating site links I don't believe are Dick's, but the afternic username, just look at the link above. If Daj did that one, he was way ahead of the curve since that account was created in 2003.

Based on the link you gave https://www.afternic.com/listings/yobajufa I checked some of the domains listed for sale and guess what, they were all available.

I was told in PM that he uses the username Yobajufa online and discovered all those profiles by simply googling that username.

As for his many listings on the afternic that have expired and are not registered any more, you can use Whoisology.com or some other whois archive site to see that he was once the owner of them.

My experience, common sense and ability to read all lead me to believe satisfaction will never be achievable for all, and that some just don't know what to do at this point, perhaps feeling embarrassed and stupid for making such poor decisions and blindly extending trust to an ethically-challenged individual.

if you look at the activity you will find that the last activity on tosluts.com and insearchofchicas.org was on the same day as the registration date meaning that the accounts did not have any activity. neither did they have posts or were used after registration. they were created one day apart.

one site: .hookup-dates.com did not exist in 2008(was created 2013) so this must be recent account creations using public images from his web design site. The latter two profiles with his photo look as they were created more recently and look a bit set-up to me.

I've been around this business for well over a decade, but I'm only 'part time' and I just found this thread. WOW. I haven't read each and every post so I could have missed something, but I do have a few comments.

1) Several people mentioned that they "Googled Adam Dicker and found nothing questionable about going into business with him". Really? Do I have a better Google search box than everyone else? Because I long ago found (and it's still there) articles about his ownership of 'Satans Playground', which (according to several news reports) was a major distributor of counterfeit satellite/cable boxes, which allowed the user to receive premium channels without paying for them. He bragged to reporters about his business, and was charged with a number of crimes months later.

2) Just looked at Adam's LinkIn page. Funny -- all of the information he claims was falsified about him is there in his own profile! Is he going to claim his Linkin account was hacked by a criminal who wanted to make Adam look better for some reason?? I also notice he specifically lists his duties at Godaddy while he was there -- and several items he claimed on DNF "he had no control over" at the time, when DNF members would post questions or issues. So was he lying then, or is he lying now?

3) I was never involved in the DNF College thing except that he claimed that all paying DNF members would be able to participate, which I was -- and then I was locked out. Weird. But the weirdest interaction of all was when I posted about "Mrs. Jello"s failed attempts to blackmail me (and it turns out others) into "selling" some of my domains to him at near reg fee prices. First he (Jello) threatened to assist a major company in suing me over a domain that was a city name that they had used as a product name, and when that failed he suggested that I could expect physical violence at an upcoming domain convention. When I posted this on DNF, Adam deleted it and explained he had a deal with Mrs Jello to not allow negative postings because Mrs. Jello had helped him get started in the domain business.

Yes. He's been married for over 20 years apparently according to some of his facebook posts.
It bothers me how married men can lie to their wife & family and very much get away with having affairs with other women, especially when you have money to travel away and hook up with escorts in other countries.

Note how you present your personal speculations or ideas as facts despite knowing little about him or his marriage and/or life. Then is his personal life any of your business?

Do you believe you have the right to harrass or stalk others online? Probably not. But here it is OK because Dicker has done something wrong and that gives you the permission to do wrong things as well?
