While awaiting my refund, I am very grateful to the (outside of this forum) care, encouragement and assistance of people like Dave Robb and Mike Cyger -- truly great people!

Now I am finally here, I wished Adam didnt close the forum, was member there since 2008, and all the DNFS and integrity and goodwill that I build there went down the drain.

I have been trying to get Adam to refund my $28,500 for several months now. Since it has not happened I am going to retain an attorney. Would you share the name of who you are using?

He turned the case down. Said it doesn't make sense for a class-action lawsuit and that there isn't enough to money to justify the time he'd have to invest.

A class action (at least in the US) needs to have a huge potential payout (usually tens of millions as a minimum), a defendant with the ability to pay that much, and at least 25 separate parties willing to give up their own rights to sue in order to join. They usually have to also be willing to give up about 50% to the lawyer.

Then you have the jurisdiction issue. Then you have the corporation shell game that you'll likely have to play, if he did this under his LLC.

This is not even close to being a class action type of case.

Which is what I found out after asking due to the number of people interested in such a claim.

Report him to your local FBI office under Internet fraud.

If you came home to find yourself robbed, would you first call your attorney or first call the cops? Call the cops.

Go to www.ic3.gov and file a report. Tell others to do the same.

The F.B.I. has a file on Dicker so sign up to stake your claim. The more victims that sign up will make their job easier and secure your compensation when the hammer comes down. www.ic3.gov

He says by pulling out they aren’t defending free speech. I say BS. The Ku Klux Klan is allowed to have meetings and marches because of freedom of speech but I sure as Hell am not getting on stage with them. Does that mean I’m not defending free speech? No that means I won’t share the same stage with people I deem morally wrong. And those that stand up there and support them are also morally wrong. Not supporters of free speech.

And whats really sorry about all this, is the fact you are just one of many many people, the totals have to be 150k +++ and that's not including what Dicker had to pay Frank S.

People talk of jurisdiction and that are there no complainants based in Canada and has any of them made any official report if there are? Dicker obviously does not think he owes anybody anything, so for him its business as usual.

Report to FTC also in addition to FBI.

I knew this would go down the drain when he brought Adam Dicker on it.

Hello everyone and hello friends,

Some of you might know me, interacted with me on DNF or have done business with me. I was a member at DNF for a few years since the beginning of 2009 and had their platinum lifetime membership. I bought over 600,000 dnf$ for almost $1000 USD from people who helped Adam Dicker build the forum and was paid in dnf$ and had over 400,000 dnf$ left before the dnf$ function got deleted. I never heard back from Adam or the moderators nor did I get any refund of what I paid for. My participation on the forum decreased after 2012 as I moved into another industry while I still checked back a few times a year. I last checked DNF in August 2015 and then again in late February 2016 and didn't see anything. Subsequent searches in early March about what happened led me here. This is my first official post since making this account in April 2009 on namepros. I hope the people who lost a lot of money and wasted a lot of time will get some of their money back and meet good luck in the future to make up for it. .
