This story starts with DNF; a barren wasteland that once was a leading forum within the domain industry. While the forum itself played a huge role in propagating the myth that is Adam Dicker, the story really begins with DNF College in the summer of 2011.

From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

Now I am finally here, I wished Adam didnt close the forum, was member there since 2008, and all the DNFS and integrity and goodwill that I build there went down the drain.

He turned the case down. Said it doesn't make sense for a class-action lawsuit and that there isn't enough to money to justify the time he'd have to invest.

A class action (at least in the US) needs to have a huge potential payout (usually tens of millions as a minimum), a defendant with the ability to pay that much, and at least 25 separate parties willing to give up their own rights to sue in order to join. They usually have to also be willing to give up about 50% to the lawyer.

Then you have the jurisdiction issue. Then you have the corporation shell game that you'll likely have to play, if he did this under his LLC.

This is not even close to being a class action type of case.

This is not even close to being a class action type of case.

Which is what I found out after asking due to the number of people interested in such a claim.

Report him to your local FBI office under Internet fraud.

If you came home to find yourself robbed, would you first call your attorney or first call the cops? Call the cops.

Its fraud no matter which way its sliced. They get enough of these calls about him they will open a case. Heck, they may already have.

Domain Shane posted on his blog the truth....

He says by pulling out they aren’t defending free speech. I say BS. The Ku Klux Klan is allowed to have meetings and marches because of freedom of speech but I sure as Hell am not getting on stage with them. Does that mean I’m not defending free speech? No that means I won’t share the same stage with people I deem morally wrong. And those that stand up there and support them are also morally wrong. Not supporters of free speech.

And whats really sorry about all this, is the fact you are just one of many many people, the totals have to be 150k +++ and that's not including what Dicker had to pay Frank S.

People talk of jurisdiction and that are there no complainants based in Canada and has any of them made any official report if there are? Dicker obviously does not think he owes anybody anything, so for him its business as usual.
