got an email saying same stuff as Grilled's email
    minus the discount offer

still not sure if they'll bill me or not for the few transfers now at NS, but I guess it does mean we can all forget about any of the pending ones completing under this promo... seems no matter how many emails or calls we make, they simply don't seem aware yet of the next steps to take.

good thing that like Usernamex I only transfered few things and ones I don't really care much for anyway.

all these negative comments people took their time to post here for others and warn them (I did not own NS accnt before this promo and had no prior experience) had the desired effect on many (me included) and made them think twice before transfering domains to NS and created just enough doubt.... which imo turned out to be a good thing in the end for many people. so I want to take time to say thanks for all the warnings from people to others here... and they appear to have been fully justified based on this messy promo and ns behaviour.. yet again.

    cheers

Yes , I did receive such email after I saw the transfers of 18 or something names of mine cancelled. I created a ticket and it was in reply to that ticket. I had 18 names transferred. The ones cancelled, some I had already added the auth codes. This is my personal experience with this promo.

seems all the domains in one Netsol account with the same whois details, how can I use different whois (registrant/admin/tech) for each domain? :(

Click on Manage Account > Edit WHOIS.

Only selected domain's whois can be changed and that too for admin and tech. You can only change Registrant whois info by changing your account info or by moving to another account.

If you want to change registrant info, then you need to create 10 IDs. Otherwise you can change admin and tech info without any new account.

    A question from the crowd.
Besides not being able to transfer out for 60 days, is it possible to move it to another network solutions account or is it locked for that as well?

12 hours ago my domains which were showing "In Progress" status asked to put auth code and now they're transferred. The reason they showed that status their system was unable fetch whois info.

    Was not charged for anything.

No problem with push on network solutions.
Its a bit different as the buyer making the move (pull instead of push) but it took only a few hours and completed.

Save 10$ today. Loose your domain tomorrow.

    Stay away from NS.

It should be valid as every registrar is required by ICANN to verify their email. But you shouldn't click it unless you confirm the link goes to networksolutions.com.
