ATOM TO PAYONEER PENDING ISSUE

For over 4 years I’ve been using SquadHelp (Now Atom) to sell my domains as a brandable investor. I have always loved atom for their swift payment and superb customer service. I’d say I have always loved “SquadHelp”.
I’m a brandable domain investor. All I do is buy and sell domain names. I only get paid when I have a sale for a domain name. Recently I had a sale of a domain name on installments. I received my installments without any issue until my payment for June. I requested for payout via payoneer on a weekend and I was expecting slight delay but I got a little disappointed having to wait 2 business days. I first had to cancel the payoneer requests as I was advised to use the wise payout option for bank transfers by Atom so called support team. I did that and I was eventually paid. Now after 6 days or so I get a message from Atom that my payoneer payment was successful and I should send it back to them and that they have put my account in negatives.

Now before I even start to get annoyed.
1) I canceled all request to payoneer for a payout.
2) I informed them about a pending payment on payoneer same day I received my payment via bank transfer.
3) I confirmed that I received a payment via bank transfer.

funny how all this happened after I gave a 5 star review on trustpilot for Atom after May payment. I was so happy about how innovative the company is and I poured out my honest review on it.

me I’m just a domain seller, I get paid for selling domains. I find it very annoying to be involved in transactional problems between two business partners or however you put it.

I wasn’t paid twice. The payment is not in my payoneer. Asking me to send a payment that I didn’t receive back is definitely SCAM.

I also cancelled all request to recieve a payoneer payout. So somehow it doesn’t make sense.

Oh I see, so simply explain to them you were not paid by Payoneer. Mistakes happen. I dont know why all this scandal writing is necessary tbh.

I explained to them and they are insisting that I have recieved the payment they even said only reason I haven’t probably withdrawn it is because I haven’t verified my payoneer account. They are talking to me like a scammer trying to run with double payment while I’m showing them my payoneer account even showing the pending payment which I told them to cancel. Nothing in my payoneer.

I left a 5 star review on Atom after May payment. I have never had even a delay in my payments until now. I have always loved working with them until now. They are talking to me like a scammer and insisting that I recieved the payment even after I showed them screenshots and even video record of my account. I don’t know what else to do. They see that the payment is showing pending but insisting I make the payment back to them. I’m more annoyed because of the fact that I even canceled these request and informed them on time about this to sort it out.

I sent my verification center screenshots to them. They are asking me to resolve the issue with payoneer. Who knows how to contact payoneer. They have the worst customer service in the world. Even racist via phone call. I did that years ago. I have been looking for how to reach them via mail. This is one of the reasons why I don’t use payoneer but Atom has fewer options for me. I’ve begged them to try using crypto for years.

Not unlikely. But is that atoms issues or yours ( your payment platform)?

Just saying .. atom doesn't need to pull off any scams.

after I tried using payoneer they informed me that it will take days to resolve their issue with payoneer and advised me to use wise. Which I did.

how is it my issue if I canceled the requests via payoneer.

How is it my issue if I informed them about a pending payment in my payoneer and told them to resolve it as I have recieved via wise, which I did same day when I received it.

How is it my issue that there’s a pending transfer from SquadHelp in the first place? I don’t know how they connect I just request payout and expect payment. If they had issues with payoneer they should have resolved it without it affecting me don’t you think ?

This post was just brought to our attention so I would like to address it directly since it contains misleading information. Here is a recap of the situation, as shared with you earlier by my colleague:
  • On June 30 (Sunday), you requested a payout for your funds
  • There was an issue in sending the funds to your Payoneer account on Monday, however this was resolved on July 2 (Tuesday), and the payout was sent via Payoneer.
  • Since you reported problems receiving the funds via Payoneer, we sent you the same funds through Wise as well, in good faith.
  • Despite our efforts, you accused our team of being "racist" and left a 1-star review on Trustpilot because it took 2 days to receive your funds instead of the expected 1 business day.
  • According to the Payoneer transaction history, the payment was transferred on July 2, 2024. We have provided you with the Payoneer transaction ID and a screenshot confirming that the funds were sent from our account.
  • If you're unable to withdraw the funds from Payoneer, it might be due to an account verification issue or your account status with Payoneer. You would need to contact Payoneer directly to resolve this, as we have no influence over their processes.
We have acted in good faith by sending you a duplicate payment to avoid delays. Claiming that "Atom tried to scam you" in this situation is unwarranted.

Don’t forget it’s an installment payment.

They can easily take it out of next month payment on claim that I have received payment via payoneer. I showed them this pending payment since July 3rd. And also showed them my payoneer today still showing a pending payment. But they are insisting that I have received payment and asking me to pay it back. If I don’t get to receive the payment via payoneer and they take it out of next month payment. Isn’t this FRAUD?

I have not received any payment. It’s showing a pending status on my payoneer. I showed you guys

If I see any payment from payoneer. I will definitely move it to you guys. I have only a pending payment. I don’t know when or how it’s possible to send a pending amount to you guys ? Asking me to do that is insane.

This transaction has been pending since 2nd July, and I informed you guys about it then to get it cancelled. Telling me now to resolve the issue is crazy. Especially when I don’t have a payment on my account.

And by the way, I didn’t put a 1 star on trust pilot because of the delay. It’s because of this unprofessional behavior. (At then just the back and forth replies with the team). Also I have waited days on other platforms to get paid. But I’ve never had them talk to me like a scammer or try to scam me.

Bro it’s questionnaire for my card. I did full verification on January. And they usually tell you to verify before you get the funds if that’s the case .

As much as we would like to, I don't think we can help you further with this. It really seems to be something between you and Payoneer. I wish you luck and hope that you can access your money soon. How much is it really about?

I really hope it gets resolved soon as it has clearly ruined my relationship with Atom as much as I do like them. It’s nothing much but I don’t like being treated like a scammer. I am here sharing all screenshots of my payoneer account to them and they are still insisting I have their money.
