I'm sorry to hear that, could you please PM us with your username and the affected domain names so we could take a look at that and check for any potential issues with the domains?
Unfortunately, if the domains are within the first 60 days of their registration period you may not be able to list the domains with Afternic and activate Afternic fast transfer, as the domains would not be eligible for transfer to a new registrar until they were at least 60 days old. However, we are part of the Afternic fast transfer network so you shouldn't have any issues listing domains for sale once they're at least 60 days old.
I'm sorry, we don't have any active coupons for .COM re-registrations at this time, unfortunately. Standard .COM registrations are currently on sale however, and have been reduced to $7.99 each with no coupon code needed. You would just register the domains as usual to receive the reduced price.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience that has caused, you would be signed out at the end of your set sign-in duration but can extend that by following the path posted by @Hypersot
I think for pro accounts, Or accounts with over 500 domains in them, Dynadot needs to stop putting auction locks of 15 days for domains under $500. My account funds have been in the system for 6 months, what purpose does a 15 day lock serve on cleared funds?
Dear @Dynadot development department / management, it would be appreciated if you would add the possibility to create + save nameserver - templates so that your customers can choose their needed nameservers with just one click instead of choosing them one by one each time.
Thank you for the feedback, we understand that auction users would prefer the domains to be unlocked as soon as possible, especially when account credit is being used to pay for the orders. I've passed the feedback on to our team so they can look into the policy and see if we're able to reduce the duration of the auction lock further.
Thank you for the suggestion, before I pass this on to our team could I please just clarify my understanding of the suggestion? To my understanding, you would be looking to create groups of name servers, for example ns1.example.com, ns2.example.com, ns3.example.com and ns4.example.com. Then when setting those in future, you could just select all 4 name servers with one click, rather than selecting those individually from the drop-down menus. Would that be correct?
Hi @ReallyBigIdea.com, I've just learnt we do in fact have an active re-registration coupon for .COM domains, I'm sorry for the prior miscommunication. The code is "COMRR21", and that reduces .COM re-registrations to $6.99 each. The code is currently active until 00:00 UTC on 2021/02/01.
You do realize for vetted accounts if you do take auction locks off sooner, you will have more aftermarket participation follow thru. It's really important in the domainer cycle to be fluid with their domains as soon as they hit their accounts.
Thank you for your (fast) reply. Yes, exactly (instead of "templates" I could also have written "groups".) For example, in case I want to create a nameserver - group / template that includes the SEDO - nameservers ns1.sedoparking.com and ns2.sedoparking.com I would want to name / save it as SEDO NAMESERVERS (or just SEDO (or any other name)) so whenever I want to set the SEDO - nameservers for a(n other) domain name in future, I then simply can choose this created nameserver - group / template (maybe also from a drop - down menu as this is a generally a comfortable method) and all the included (originally saved) nameservers from this nameserver - group / template will automatically be added to / used for my domain name with just one click. If you are going to implement this feature, then an integration of the possibility to edit the saved name server - groups / templates at any time would be perfect.
I do understand where you're coming from, and we are aiming to make our service and UI as domainer-friendly as possible. I've had your additional comments passed along to the team along with the original feedback, thank you again.
Thank you for clarifying, I've passed this on as a feature request to our team. We aim to make our control panel as user friendly as possible, and reducing the number of clicks required for any action always helps, so I can certainly see how this would help with domain management.
It's great to read that (you'd see an improvement in this too and that you forwarded it to your team as a feature request), thank you.
Hi @Dynadot kindly remove restriction for newly registered dot coms : This domain is in grace deletion period when the domain is adding to marketplace. Thanks
@Dynadot Thank you for your asking. But there should be a one time and for all solution for your really slow domain transfer in or out process, not case by case assistances. I bet you support girls do not like it too, lot of labour and boring jobs to deal with. It's the tech guys' fault. not you support girls' task.
I have to say, The boss of Dynadot is a rarely to see entrepreneur, not caring much on profits, addicted on tech stuff, sucessfully managing to keep the rock rolling at a thin margin. (I guess, we may not see another such good guy in a long time.) He has a big vision, if domains will not be crushed by other innovative tech in near future and his successors will keep his business stragegy, Dynadot will become an one hundred year brand. UI designers and UI experience manager are the best in the world. Support girls are always nice and really helpful. As for the tech guys, not so good, at least much less than the previous tech guys(not knowing them quitted or fired) Still really missing the old system of Dynadot.
Domain transfer in and out at Dynadot could be completed in less than 5 minutes in old days, like today's Sav.
I have passed the request on to our team, but I'm not sure if this is something we'd be able to change at this time, unfortunately. The restriction was implemented fairly recently however, so our team will take another look into that and see if the restriction can be removed.
Thank you for the feedback @simmplex, the transfer processing times are something our team are looking into improving and I've passed your feedback onto our engineers.
I see that we had some slowdown issues yesterday (January 20), but they should now be resolved. Are you still experiencing slowdown issues on our site? If so, clearing your browser's cache may help with that.
Thank you for letting us know, I'll ask the engineering team to look into that. Are you finding the site to be slow in general, or only within certain areas, such as whilst managing your domains?
