Osir Inc is an ICANN Accredited Registrar (IANA 4332). Accreditation has been obtained in 2024, but we have a long experience operating as registrar in some specific ccTLD for more than 20 years. We will use this space for announcements and feedback from members of this forum.
There are many registrars there and the market is heavily saturated. We are a small registrar and our focus has been the AI Niche. The old over the browser operations will still remain, but nowadays most of us spend a good time of interacting with informative parts of the web through a LLM Chat interface. Here we want to live too.
Osir comes with a rich MCP Server. You can register, host and deploy a site in one prompt. (The MCP will handle registration, dns pointing, vps deployment, OS installation, webserver, ssl and whatever is in between). The dashboard is there, but there may be a simpler way to manage your domains.
Pricing - we are commited to keep a fair pricing. Most registrars will push for low fees at registration, and recover on renewals. We will keep same price and be fair about it. We will charge what a domain costs + a small markup. We focus on offering other value added services (like deploy infrastructure in one click) and the business plan is focused toward that revenue to make the difference.
We would love if you could follow us and see what we bring as new features. Any ideas you may want to be seen implemented, please drop a line (private is open as well) and we will do our best to fit it in our roadmap. Please post support requests to the internal ticketing system - support should always be faster than marketing.
