Recorded a video of one of the panels at NamesCon yesterday. It got super spicy and heated because the creator of HNS/handshake was verbally calling out Brad Kam, the founder of Unstoppable Domains on stage over web3/blockchain stuff

I have been looking at two names that are very similar, but one of them begins with "sy" and the other one with "zy". The next letter is a consonant.
While I understand that "s" is supposed to be more premium than "z", and NameBio has many more reported sales beginning with "sy" than with "zy"...

When I saw Pierluigi's tweet of making 7 figures in 3 months selling gambling domain names, I dismissed it to him having strong connections in the gambling affiliate marketers' circles.

Is it moral to register a domain name as domainer before the end user (new startup that perhaps do not hold the sufficient budget to buy it) and sell it for higher price?
Another question in the same...
