Based off @Future Sensors nameserver report of the domains epik tried to sell (to a select group) via email blast in September 2022, my guess of the three domains traded to @create.com were: Niv.com, RLE.com, and Sniff.com*.
Since RLE.com is alleged to be a stolen domain, what are the odds the other two domains (assumed to be sniff.com and niv.com) involved in the trade are also tainted?
Edit (added): Is it also assumed that any cash Epik used to pay Brent in the NDA settlement was also stolen money from masterbucks?
As #epikFail was able to show RLE.com pushed from
[email protected] acct to epikescrow acct, it would be interesting to learn how Epik came about acquiring Sniff.com and Niv.com.
Sniff.com:
-- Since at least 2009 (earliest domainIQ entry): sniff.com looks to have been owned by
[email protected] at eNom
-- January 2018: sniff.com moved from
[email protected] at enom to
[email protected] at Namecheap
-- November 2018: Sniff.com domainIQ entry u der WHOIS privacy at nameCheap.
-- May 2021: DomainIQ entry shows sniff.com moved from nameCheap to Epik under anonymize privacy. WHOIS update date is 03 April 2020, so possibly moved to Epik before May 2021.
-- At some point it goes from Epik to NameCheap (likely Oxley) but how did Epik come about gaining control of Sniff.com?
...
Niv.com
-- 2008 (earliest domainIQ entry) historical WHOIS shows
[email protected] at netSol
-- 2012 historical WHOIS changes to West bluff reality and property management at NetSol
-- 2014 historical WHOIS moves to full privacy at NetSol
-- 2016 looks to have been transferred from NetSol to Epik.
-- Similar story, at some point Niv.com goes from Epik to NameCheap (likely Oxley) but how did Epik come about gaining control of Niv.com?

*** Epik/Rob went on record with the
BC30.com fiasco admitting to warehousing domains. So it is possible these domains expired, and rather than auctioning them, Epik simply warehoused them for in-house inventory. But this should be fact checkable in the #EpikFail logs with transfer/push timestamps aligning with whois expiration date.
