In this thread, I will give you my opinion about your submitted new gTLD domain name.

I will focus not only on its numerical appraisal, but also will take other factors into consideration (mainly renewal fee and what you do with the name, where it is presented, etc), to debate whether it is a good investment choice (in my opinion). Just because I am a new gTLD investor it does not mean that I will give good opinion on crappy names - so I will tell you when I see no value or potential. To see examples of new gTLD domain names I personally invest in, you can check my website www.brands.international.

Rules:
1. Only 1 new gTLD domain name can be submitted daily per 1 Namepros user.
2. This thread is related to new gTLD domain names only - I can not give you my opinion about .com, .net, org or ccTLD names like .de or .co.uk names, as I do not have enough direct experience with them.
3. I am not responsible for any damages related to my advice - it is only my personal opinion, although I will really try my best to give reasonable, and well-balanced opinion.
4. You can submit only domain name you personally own.
5. For security and privacy purposes, all names submitted and discussed in replies must be in
keyword(s) / gTLD extension format (for example royal / estate, or bestgames / online)
6. Comments/opinions/appraisals from other members on any name submitted here are very welcome :)

@LifeFreedom
jobsnearme / app
I remember the nice name rescueme/ app, but I think "jobsnearme" / app will not perform in similar fashion.

The reason is that we start to have tons of close alternatives available to end users for reg fee in .app:
(jobnearus, jobsnearus, jobnearby, jobsnearby, nearbyjobs, nearbyjob, etc..), not to mention some close alternatives in other new gTLD extensions.

This means you will not have any leverage when it comes to negotiation with end users. I would test this one for a year, and if no action, I would send the investment money to some better name. GL :)
Thank you kindly 👍

Bitkoin.Company
@Sumeeth I would have it only as a 1 year experiment - as I do not feel this is going to resell with "k"...too soon for any typo domain names in new gTLDs imo, even when it is such strong keyword as "bitcoin".

webmaster / zone

Thank you Lolwarrior

@cybernet I like it! It can be 500-5k name, with some proper exposure to webmasters, there should be some interest. But it has renewal - small premium around 36 / year....I would suggest you must proactively market it, if not, I think odds are not shifted in your favour in terms of profitability.

Chain.Rentals
@Sumeeth I think it is a pretty wild "new gTLD brandable" name :)
It can be used by crypto company which wants to deploy blockchain technology in rentals of, lets say, homes or cars...but honestly, probability of that is pretty low. On the other side, name has standard renewal attached to it, which seems to be around 25 at many registrars. I think it might work, I would give it a 2-3 years try for sure. If that sells, then 5k and more is feasible for this name. GL :)

CheapCars/rentals
IndiaVacation/rentals
Your valuable appraisal is highly appreciated. Thanks buddy!
@ash36 I think better would be cheapcar / rentals, without "s" - which is available now at the moment of writing with premium renewal around 250 / year. So if there is a company which rents cheap cars and they want emd, they will go for this name (gramatically correct). That effectively ruins your chances for profit made on your name. I would drop it.

IndiaVacation / rentals - can be worth something for end user in this niche, and the name is for standard renewal. But....owner of vacation / rentals can create web on subdomain india.vacation.rentals (and on unlimited number of other geo subdomains like usa.vacation.rentals or greece.vacation.rentals). This is a consideration which is complex to write here about in more detail, but some end users will simply not like it. This is (among many others) the reason why vacation / rentals was sold for so much money (500300).

But your domain can still fetch mid XXXX imo, if you well present it to relevant end user. GL :)

skill/cafe
@Oblivious Fella I have googled that there are some end users for this, but from their websites it it not obvious they would need to upgrade or buy this name anytime soon. So I would try it for year or 2 max, as if it sells, it wil be around 1-2k, while holding costs are around 25/year...so it does not give much sense from profitability point of view, imo.

@-EM- as per name itself, it is imo 2k-6k name, considering type of end users (I disregard any development effort now, only evaluating the name quality/potential). Holding cost is standard, around 25 / year at many registrars - so I think this should be an profitable investment. GL :)

MVP / app
@wackawacka1 I googled what MVP can stand for, it is a fact that it can have multiple meanings, like "most valuable player" and some more, which maybe would go with .app pretty well.

You know, this is the name that if someone really wants it, he/she will pay 5k or 8k for it. But if you read this thread, you also will notice that it is always game between probabilities that someone will want your name, and holding costs. Lets see - maybe after 1st year of .app existence we will learn that there is an ongoing .app promotion for renewals, and they cost maybe 5/year to renew. In this case that would be probably profitable. But if you will not learn about any renewal promotions, then after a year or 2 you need to reconsider...new gTLDs are not .com, and LLL game play logic does not translate from .com to new gTLDs easily. My intuition tells me it will not work in this case, but hopefuly I am wrong and you sell it nicely:)

Ganja / Recipes

Thank you.
@Jeffc76 ganja/recipes is very nice name, it is a good combo. It does not have much alernatives in new gTLD space (exactly because it is a good combo), and there will be some end users for it who will love it, I am sure. It has standard renewal attached to it for .recipes which is around 35 at many registrars. I have not seen so far any renewal or transfer promotion for this extension...so it is not particularly easy to hold.

Still, this is a keeper, and should fetch anything from 500 to several thousands...just sent it to few end users, it should be an easy sell. GL :)

uncertain/world

all thoughts appreciated
@Domaindogged It is a nice name. From my experience (I have few dozens of similar names so I follow that) I can tell that if someone will like it in 2018, this quality of name will achieve something around 2-5k (in special cases even more, but this one is not a name large corp would utilize imo, it is more for some consultancy/ coaching/ psychoanalysis type of end user, therefore this price range. Nice domain name, gl :)

What do you think of Appraisal.guru?
@Domain Sugar I like appraisal / guru. It is a name where typical end user will be a domain investor also offering appraisal services, and there are several of them afaik :) It was first time registered in early new gTLD times, in 2014, then dropped only once. It can fetch 2k - 5k (and more) imo. It is a valuable domain name, with only low standard renewal for .guru, which makes it even more valuable as an investment.

It has little playful element in it, particularly when you compare it with another new gTLD competitor, .expert
as I think appraisal / expert sound little but more authoritative that appraisal / guru.

Still very good name. Take your time and sell it in a price range I indicated, I advise to ignore low ball offers which this name must attract I am sure. GL!

SMM.life

SMM means #socialmediamarketing

Thank you.
@Premiums I honestly do not feel much this name. Even if it would be clear to all end users that SMM means socialmediamarketing, it is not going well with .life imo (while this keyword would be more valuable with .online, for example). It is just my opinion, and I hope I am wrong, and you sell it nicely. GL :)

Earthm/app
@LifeFreedom earthm/app is nice playable hack, but I honestly do not think this will work as an investment. Probability that someone will want this so much in a extension that is less then 1 year old, is very low imo.
My intuition would be test it for 1 year, if no significant action (traffic, offers) I would reconsider holding it.

Thanks. MVP is taken in many of the TLDs and MVP App has special meaning since it is minimum viable product in the app world, so I think it has a lot of value. But I agree it is hard to know for sure (and hard to know exactly when the right buyer will come along), especially with such a new gTLD. It has non-premium renewal, so I'll wait it out - was actually going to develop a site on it first, but decided to just sell it.

@yousifdhym roofs/world is a nice new gTLD brandable, any store or business with roofs or roof related activities or products can use it. In 2018 it can fetch price between 2k-7k imo, depends on end user.
It has standard renewal for .world attached to it, so easy to hold, particularly if you pay attention and utilize transfer promotions for .world extension (in past .world has some nice renewal/transfer promotions).
This is a keeper, GL :)
