Just signed up, CTR looking good - no revenue back yet as not updated.

Anyone have any experience with them - how do they perform & has anyone had a payment from them (on time)?

Edit: Thought I'd change the title of the thread as it seems to have become popular.

Thanks ibidu,

still not sure I know what this refers to. Do you mean they get removed from your account? If so, could you let me know a particular domain name? In general, domains only get moved between accounts due to ownership conflicts / reviews.

I wouldn't take that comment too seriously if I were you.

Without going into much detail....I am in a strong position to say "that's the type of mentality which has brought lots of griefs to this world"..... I better say no more because we don't want another DNF over here :)

Hi everyone notice anything different with May 2 stats?

seems to notice something out of the ordinary like domain titles not showing up;

instead of mydomain.com.ph only com.ph will show up.

Hi Guys,

we are already aware of this and the issue has been fixed. A generous compensation will be applied in the course of today.

what is going on with the system - no stats finalized since may 2 nd ...

it stopped counting anything sometime on saturday and sunday only shows one single dollar - is this a joke ?

and no updates - is this another one of these situation when you tell everyone a nice compensation will be given ( like on the 16 of april ) then i check Back some time ago and nothing happened and even the notice itself was removed ?

Dear Wolfgang,

as per our system notice, there were some problems with 3rd level domains over the weekend. While we were calculating the compensation for everybody, the stats were marked as not finalized. All stats up until and including saturday have now been finalized. For Sunday we are unfortunately missing stats from our upstream feed provider as their reporting file was incomplete, thus sunday is not finalized yet.

With regards to compensations: Whenever we promised a compensation it was applied the day the notice was removed from the dashboard. It is always applied on a domain level.

Received Payment for April 2013 via PayPal.
Thank You.

Strange, I haven't received payment for April 2013

My account is set to paypal payments, and all the details are correct.

Has everyone received payments for April or is it just me?

Axel?

---------- Post added at 12:36 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:20 AM ----------

Okay Received it, thanks Parking Crew...

After ten minutes from making the above post and sending an email to ParkingCrew, I received funds to my Paypal. Either coincidence or super fast customer service...

But why some get paid later and others quicker in the month..anyway all that matter is I get paid..

Cheers

Hi Guys,

we had to do three tranches of Paypal Payments this month as a lot of people switched from wire to Paypal Payments which caused us to having wire more money to Paypal for the last tranch of payments. This caused a short delay for the last tranch and is the reason why some people were paid earlier and others paid later.

Our apologies for the inconvenience, this shouldn't be an issue again next month.

With regards to those having been paid later: There was no judgement in who got paid first and who got paid later, it was a random selection by accounting.

Cheers

Hi Guys,

we unfortunately had a DDOS attack this morning that somehow made it past our DDOS mitigation. Tech is investigating how this could happen but everything is running smooth again.

As soon as we have all the numbers in, we will add a generous compensation to all accounts.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Cheers

Dear Wolfgang,

there were no issues to speak of with regards to may 24 - may 26th. I just checked your account and it looks like your top performer simply didn't perform as strong as usual friday - sunday but was back in full swing on monday.

With regards to May 27th and May 28th,
we unfortunately had a very severe DDOS attack late monday early tuesday that partially made it past our DDOS mitigation. Tech is investigating how this could happen.

We still saw partially long load times for certain regions throughout tuesday, May 28th as the attack was ongoing which explains why your stats for May 28th look bad.

As soon as we have all the numbers in, we will add a generous compensation to all accounts to make sure you didn't loose any money as a result of this DDOS.

It is very important to note though, that things have been back to normal since this morning and all landingpages are up and running as usual.

Cheers

Important things first: ParkingCrew runs smoothly again and all of your landing pages are up and running.

Hi Guys,

this is Nico posting. I am CEO of Team Internet, the holding company behind ParkingCrew and I wanted to personally post an update and shed some light about the past 24 hours.

On tuesday morning, I was about to board a plane for my honeymoon when we got hit with the most severe DDOS attack we had ever seen. We see a DDOS attack almost every week but this one was different. It took us completely offline for a bit more than 1 hour and when our DDOS mitigation was finally filtering most of the attack, it also accidentally filtered a lot of legitimate visitors. Since the DDOS attack lasted for more than 24 hours and the mitigation solution continued to not only filter the attack but also partially filter legitimate visitors, stats for tuesday, May 28 look off. Some accounts were affected more than others but most accounts will look off to some degree.

Those of you who have been through previous DDOS attacks with us before, know that we always apply a generous compensation to all accounts to more than make up for any and all downtimes. Our team is currently calculating the compensation for monday, May 27th and you will see it added to your accounts soon. As soon as we have the numbers for May 28th, our team will start working on the compensation for that day.

Next I would like to address the issue of less communication and updates from us during the past 24 hours than you are used to: As you all know, we keep our overheads to a minimum and work with a very small team so that we can keep your revenue shares to the maximum. Yesterday was a bottleneck in terms of support: ParkingCrew's managing director was on a plane to Las Vegas for the traffic conference (a conference our CTO cancelled in order to bring ParkingCrew back up again) and our support agent was busy answering customer questions.

Last but not least, I want to emphasize how proud I am of my entire team at ParkingCrew. Most of my tech hasn't slept for 24 hours to bring things back to normal and everyone was as dedicated as they could be.

I don't want to bore you with any more details. I simply want you to know that not only my entire team but also I personally care about every single one of our customers. We are very glad that you chose us as your parking company and thank you for your continued support.

Cheers
Nico

i advice any one who buying expensive names to remove their names from parking crew immediately .

i bought a name for $ 3k and parking crew their main upstream blocking that name as they said invalid activities .

i parked that name with bodis for 20 months and was getting daily $2 without any problems.
now the name with Sedo parking and getting daily 20 visit with just $ 0.05 daily Rev as the name blocked from upstream.

Dear Dom,

could you let us know your account so we can look into this? With regards to clawbacks, we simply pass on what we receive in clawbacks from our upstream feed provider.

Hi NBB,

could you let me know the name in question and your account so we can investigate this? Looks like it was simply bad timing and the domain would have gotten blocked at any other parking provider at the same time. When it comes to blocking names for invalid activities, parking companies do not have an influence on this issue. This is a decision made by the upstream feed provider and I can assure you that they usually look at the past 90 days of activity, not just the last 1 or 2 days to make their decision so if you moved the domain recently, the activity was most likely already ongoing at the previous provider.

Please also note that invalid activity doesn't mean you did anything wrong. It simply means that the upstream feed provider received a lot of complaints from advertisers that the traffic didn't convert for them and they thus block the domain from the system.

Last but not least: When speaking about clawbacks in general, we were told by our contact person that we have the lowest clawbacks as a percentage of overall revenues out there which is due to our strict bot filters and letting only real human visitors see the ads.
