Dear Dom,
could you let us know your account so we can look into this? With regards to clawbacks, we simply pass on what we receive in clawbacks from our upstream feed provider.
Cheers

Hi NBB,
could you let me know the name in question and your account so we can investigate this? Looks like it was simply bad timing and the domain would have gotten blocked at any other parking provider at the same time. When it comes to blocking names for invalid activities, parking companies do not have an influence on this issue. This is a decision made by the upstream feed provider and I can assure you that they usually look at the past 90 days of activity, not just the last 1 or 2 days to make their decision so if you moved the domain recently, the activity was most likely already ongoing at the previous provider.
Please also note that invalid activity doesn't mean you did anything wrong. It simply means that the upstream feed provider received a lot of complaints from advertisers that the traffic didn't convert for them and they thus block the domain from the system.
Last but not least: When speaking about clawbacks in general, we were told by our contact person that we have the lowest clawbacks as a percentage of overall revenues out there which is due to our strict bot filters and letting only real human visitors see the ads.
Cheers
