Hell guys,
Before 6 months I have sold many domains to one of my client, when I have recently checked my Godaddy account, I have discovered that I have pushed him by accident LLLL.com Chips instead of LLLL.net.
I have sent him an email today regarding that matter.
Any more advices with thanks.
By the way, the sale was through DNF, and this buyer also member here at Namepros.

@Haris100 - I can tell you the answer to that question already :( It seems so many people have dealt with this guy. It would be a shame to ruin his reputation. But I guess he can always register again :)

For sure I have the proof .
But how and where I can declare the domains as stolen?
If you start the PUSH you cannot declare the domains as stolen ... they are not stolen, you give them away.

I've made this mistake before - godaddy will not help if you pushed the name. I was fortunate that the buyer pushed it back, but it was a pretty stressful couple days before getting it back. 6 months is a long time though. Good luck.

All this drama and accusations because one of the names was a .com and not .net?
And then a simple PM resolves it?
*sigh*

What is the sixth .net domain then, as you don't own the .net of the .com you pushed? or have you sold it, in which case you guys are best to void the whole transaction, he wins as many of those 4L .net's are worth much less in value, and you get your domain back which is worth probably close to $1400 to the right buyer.

I have just asked him to return my LLLL.com domain, and I will push him instead his LLLL.net, and that's all.

Given you have proof of the deal, you can declare the domains as stolen. Once he accepted the domains that weren't in the deal, he/she is guilty of accepting stolen property. Just be patient and try to solve this amicably, I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for it.
That seems like it'd be too easy. Sell someone a com and net but then declare the com a mistake and show proof for the net.

This , IMO is the right thing, the deal can not and should not be cancelled.

@bigbagofbricks, the seller did not sell the .COM, he only sold the . NET ( His own version )

This is simple, the domain that was not sold, should be returned, no further bickering necessary.

For educational sake let's say this guy has sold the domain, I mean he had every chance to in December, probably for close to $3,000... what would be the recourse then?

Bummer. Switch to Uniregistry and you'll never have that problem again. Plus they take care of escrow automatically and in real time.

What about Uniregistry would've stopped this from happening?

It's automated so that when the buyer funds the transaction the correct domain pushes to their account. Pretty slick.

That would involve a commission to be paid, a namepros transaction would be a manual push
