Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

Just received an inquiry for VR.Cafe
Any suggestion about VR related sales within the nTLDs?
It is early and you have the category killing keyword. It makes some sense but with a uncertain marketability.
I don't think I would except less than 5k today.
It is a appreciating asset. Better to wait more than a year and test the water then.

Any suggestions for VR.Cafe

A very nice domain ...just like we see Internet Cafes ...why not a VR Cafe?

A startup could just make that happen ...:)

I wouldn't sell cheap If I was you.

It is exactly why I pre-regged both VR.Cafe & VirtualReality.Cafe sort of a VR Cyber Cafe.

I see a lot of action in the daydream names in the market the last few days.
One at auction on sedo now. Not my cup of tea. Good luck to those that play that way.

Ran into this way-back look at VR.... Interesting...

I do remember picking up vrpods and vrgamepods some years ago. Keepers I think.

Read a Road to VR-article (couldn't link on my phone for some reason) that Google is aiming for "hundreds of millions" of Daydream users in just a coupple of years. I believe thay can achieve that too. This is going to be epic.

I sold thevirtualrealitycompany dot com a few months after if I remember correctly. Would be worth a bit more today, even it is a long one.

VirtualRealiteam.com

For an emerging VR startup it can be an exciting name ;)

As I said before, Googles 'from the ground up' approach will have a larger impact on the industry and the names market than anything we have seen yet.
It was not going to spread fast with only HMD's that were over $500
The importance of the mobile VR market is pretty clear.
AND... we have yet to see many more players in this before the year is out.
It makes so many more VR consumers that benefit us all.
Hardware is always a limited names market anyway. The play is in the MEDIA / SOFTWARE ends of it.
100x more broader.

Hey Vitaliy! Have you held on to this or have you sold it? If you've held it thus far have you had any good offers? I don't see it in Namebio, so just curious.

TheVRCompany.com... I sold a similar wearable domain for 1k.

Do you have any regrets on the price this sold for now that you know who bought it?
