To Spam or not to Spam

i received hundreds of SPAM offer everyday via my various emails.

if i collected these thousands of emails (many are actually gmail) and use them to send my "kind" offers to them, would this be considered as SPAM

or as reciprocal kindness??
after all they have initiated the first move.

would these 10000 email name list also have "resale" value as active emails??

Many of the e-mails you receive from spammers are not the spammers own addresses, but they belong to innocent people that knows nothing about the spamming...

It's pretty easy to spoof an e-mail address (pretend to be someone else), so I don't think it's a very good idea to send spam to those.

It's happened a couple of times that a spammer had used one of my domains as the sender address (spoofed it), and I got tons of returned error mails.
I did even receive a viagra spam mail from my own address..!!!
It lasted a couple of weeks, and there's absolutelly nothing you can do about it, other than put a LARGE text on your site that explains that you are not sending those mails.

Redleg is Right ~ More than likely the Emails would be sent to others .... Not the Spammers
