I'm sure it would be, but no matter how much I try, I just can't go back to sleep after I wake up.

It either has something to do with my mind always going 90 miles per hour or the freakin' neighbors who are always loud as hell at all hours of the day/night. That old "Boot to the groin" idea (or something similar) has crossed my mind more than once when it's 3-4 in the AM and they think it's 3-4 PM and make noise accordingly!

I wonder how many members can meet three of the financial requirements as opposed to the first and last two items on the list. To meet the financial levels is pretty impressive. I can't imagine $100k per year in verifiable parking revenue, but how is that different from $50k+ per year in parking revenue? If you have $100k, then you've amassed $50K by default.
