Hello,
I am a bit confused right now and I will like to know if it would be appropriate to call the end user.
I have this domain name that I had been trying to sell to a company. They have a branch in Nigeria and South Africa. The CEO is a South African and each time they read my emails, it appear it is read in Nigeria.
It is an outbound email contact and after all said and talked about. Now, when I contacted them, it was [email protected] but CEO used [email protected] to reply me most times.
At last point where I thought it was time to transfer the domain name, the CEO told me to speak with him directly and asked if I could send them my phone number so that he can have someone call me from their office and he also asked me to show proof that I own the domain name.
I sent everything and hoping to hear back from them including a link to WHOIS.com
The email was read in Nigeria and Jo'burg on same day he made the request. But since then, subsequent emails to the [email protected] has not been read but the ones I sent to [email protected] has been read several times and no call so far. It is almost a month now so I am wondering if I should call them myself. I had sent weekly reminders and still the ceo has not read it but he [email protected] has been reading it. What I am not sure now is whether the dude traveled and have not had the chance to check his email or whether the whois.com link didn't show all contacts as I have noticed of recent that whois.com does not show address and phone number but just the name alone
Should I call?
