Hello NamePros community! We are creating a single thread where we can share announcements in, talk about product updates, people can ask questions and host a great discussion on all things domains!

yea consider yerself lucky..most of us wait 5 days.for ticket reply. everytime
or maybe u just get priority service cause u work there.![]()
@alcy - In general most domains go into auctions but there are certain domains/tlds with restrictions.
@NYK @jmaurya - A domain can be pushed to another Sav account at anytime, even within the 60 day transfer lock. The restriction on the money back period has been removed so a domain could be registered then pushed to another Sav account the next second if you wanted to.
@alcy - If you submit the ticket to delete the domain but we do not answer the ticket within the 5 days, we will still delete the domain and issue the refund.
In general right now, most tickets are being picked up within 1 business day it not the same day. We are closed for Memorial Day on Monday so there may be a bit of a delay getting to tickets early next week though.
@darkniight - That is a great suggestion. I've added it to the list.
@alcy - See my DMs. I would be happy to setup a 1-on-1 call between us to go through all of your concerns. Just reply back if you ever want to have a in-depth conversation.
@Harsh Karel - Submit a support ticket with the domain name and we would be happy to take a look.

Hi @Nick R
I also reached out to support and some ABIGAIL just copy pasted a canned message.
Aishwin
The domain was successfully captured by SAV and subsequently put up for auction. The backorder I applied was not transferred to the auction
Even weirder, as you can see in the screenshot below, two different users were able to bid the same amount at the same time.
If the auction had ended at this very point, who would have won the domain name?
Would you split the domain traffic in two so that one visitor goes to one owner's site and the other visitor to the other owner's site?
@alcy - Please reach out to our support team for any clarification needed. It sounds like an email was sent to you by mistake and we are just asking you to disregard but, they can clarify.
@aishwin - A Gateway Rejection means that our Fraud Detection blocked your transactions. Here is why, and what to do about it: https://help.sav.com/kb/en/article/resolving-payment-issues
You can also request a review of your account to bypass this in the future by doing this: https://help.sav.com/kb/en/article/requesting-to-bypass-fraud-detection-gateway-rejection
@darb - Let me take a look at the ticket, get the actual domains, pull the logs and see what is going on. Please DM me your ticket number.
What do you mean by this?
If a domain has multiple backorders, it goes to auction. The first one to backorder usually is the only bid that gets transferred. And you will need to go and put in a Bid higher than the minimum. That is how it works with SAV
That is because bidder d_a had a Max Proxy of 250 and a_h also happened to bid 250. In this case d_a will win unless a_h put another higher bid.
