With the demise of Revver and the loss of thousands of dollars in revenue by film makers, I wondered if this has had any impact on .TV sales.
Many film makers, who used Revvers revenue sharing service have recently been running around like headless chickens trying to find other outlets for their films.
Many have simply gone over to Vimeo, Blip and Youtube and started embedding their films on their own sites. Naturally, I think that for .Tv sales this will actually be quite good, as these film makers have to have their own sites - but wondered if anyone had made a sale to a former Revver film maker, or even lost a sale due to their demise.
Interesting times.
NOTE: Should have added the recent streaming media story
