.tv Uk based with Video expertise & looking for work??

Hi,

I am setting up a website right now which will involve selling advertising space to large construction companies which means I need some people to film TV style advertisements/commercials.

Anyone who has experience in making up short films, adverts on & offline,are based within UK and may be looking for the odd days work shooting adverts for me then please PM.

I need independent , professional individuals who have their own transport to go out to the companies base & work with the company to make up an advert they will be happy with.

I will only require you to film maybe 1 advert per month to start with then maybe a little more often if/when the business takes off.

Sorry if anyone feels this is in wrong thread or shouldnt be here but it is for a .tv domain i am developing and id like to give work to members of this thread is possible.

It took me nearly 2 years to get my film guys in all the right places. Try the university blogs etc as I got a couple from the UK there. There are a lot of guys and gals in production looking for extra bucks to get through school.

I thought of the University Media Students & college leaders...etc but i am waiting on a few replies from them just now.

I have spoken to a few expert Film production companies today and nearly fell of my chair when they told me the rpice for a 60 second advert to be made (£1200+ for a 60 second Ad!)

I have no great hurry to get my Film production team ready as i need to build the site traffic up 1st before i will sell any ad space but it looks like its gonna take me a while to get anyone competent who doesnt want £200 per hour!

I'll keep looking....

ANy chance on a wee clue on your new site and how you plan gaining income from your site (ignore me if its rude to ask)
I only ask as with the high cost of Video production then anyone building a .tv with a reasonable amount of video is going to workk hard to find revenue from every area possible.
As im still working out the fine details on my planned site then id love to know how others plan gaining income incase i have missed any novel ideas.

I just noticed that i hadnt said the name of my planned site yet: Its Cranes.tv & it will be a directory for Crane Industry with Videos made in house on different aspects of the industry (thats the plan now anyway)
