Something I've never quite understood about new TLD's, and that's lets say I buy (this is a made up name I have no intention of buying these domans! 
) bigflowers.io or bigflowers.xyz. Now obviously there will be a company that already runs bigflowers.com. So what's the legality in that situation? can bigflowers.com stop me from using bigflowers.io ? or is the only way they can stop me from using it is if they own a trade mark for bigflowers in the real world?
