The undertaking should also name you as responsible for all activity carried out on these domain names having no legal responsibility or bearing on anyone else.

They also asking lots of scan docs.

Yes they asked me too ..when i asked they said they need to verify as per thier terms

It was odd but the domains i have booked were locked . with no options left i have provided

After that i had no issue however ,booked many domains after clearing verification

Not a good practice from them and that too just for the domains
