MSN.com = PR 2???

Hey, I searched to see if it was covered here or not, but.

I was on MSN.com today and noticed it was only a PR2 (according to my toolbar). I thought this must be a fluke but my friend also was getting a PR 2.

www.msn.com - what do you get?

This seems really bizare. I know google and microsoft dont like each other, could this be why?

Lol - It is pretty bad looking ...... But I've also seen Business.com and Internet.com as PR 0's in the recent past as well ........ Just goes to show it has nothing to do with actual traffic

That is weird. Also Yahoo use to be a PR10 and for the past 6 months or so they have been a PR9. I think Yahoo and MSN are two sites that should be definite PR10s.

hmmm that's very interesting. Really puts to show that the PR rating has nothing to do with the popularity or the traffic of a website

The PR rank is decided by personal preferences of Google Management...IMHO

However, as far as I remember, when I had google toolbar msn.com pagerank was 8. Is it really only 2 now? Some "check PR" sites are still showing PR8 for msn.com.

As I recall, before the update MSN.com was a PR 8... Maybe a manual Google edit...?
