Signature change needs to propergate?

I'm being told by Dynadot that if I change the settings in my email that I must wait 48 hrs for it to propergate.The only changes I made was to set up mail forwarding and a response message.I thought propergaton was from one server to the next.Something fishy is going on,because when I set the email up, it was like this: contact @estigo.com.With a space.Now the mailbox is down for 48 hrs.It seems to me that every time I make a change there is an error.Does anybody uses dynadot's email hosting?
