question First an offer, then a buy minutes later. What to do ?

Got an offer for a .org domain early this morning on Uniregistry. However a few minutes later it shows the buyer clicked the buy now. So I got the offer email and an option to accept or counter I guess but it also shows the domain buyer was sent a checkout link.

Do I respond to any of this or just wait to see if they will pay ? See image of how it looks at Uni:

You should wait for few days and see if the transaction gets completed or not. If it is not completed in few days then only you should respond.
