How high will e.biz go on the sedo auction my estimate is $23,000:lol::lol:
I think you will all be in for a surprise. I would hazard a guess at 50k+
My "guestimate" will be 68k
Much higher than anyone else but I suspect alot of last min interest with all of those 1 letter .Biz
I took M.biz...
...because I'll develop it as either all things to do with 'Money' biz (business).
....Or, all things to do with 'Mobile' biz (business).....My NewMediaFrontiers.com strategy showcases (some of) my major mobile presence.
I felt it was one name that could be branded fairly easily for either of these very lucrative major markets....Its very memorable, super easy to recall & type.
...and, even better, the .com, .net, and .org, don't exist.
.
Congratulations DomainTalker. Great domain and very rare to have a single letter in any extension. :tu:I took M.biz...
I am shocked that all these L.biz and N.biz are going for so much. You can get 3-4 letter popular words for virtually nothing in .BIZ
I know there is a rarity issue, but these are still .BIZ extensions and putting out close to $10K for some random ones makes no sense to me when you could get a much better short relevant keyword for 1/20th of the price.

I think you are all being very near sited with these comments. The potential of these domains is outstanding both for business's and for marketing. You ar forgetting .Biz is a well established Gtld and is well known. I would not be surprised, when these get taken to market and seen on TV as am sure they will, the .Biz extension will recieve an almighty boost.

I'm thinking closer to $11,570, seven thumbnails and a copy of Amazing Fantasy #15. The reprint. Read by a fanboy and accidentally left in the rain. For 9 days.
Archangel - Must respectfully disagree with you. .BIZ is the 10th leading domain extension in the world. Over 2 million registrations. Also your comment about not many developed sites is most definitely wrong. There are many thousands of well-developed sites.1.) .biz is not a "well established" extension.

2 million registrations means nothing when a vast majority of them are bought up by domainers -- the same goes for any extension.Archangel - Must respectfully disagree with you. .BIZ is the 10th leading domain extension in the world. .biz is more established than any of the new cctld's or proposed ones. It has a history therefore is "established"
I may have to disagree... I like the idea of letting the 1 characters set the price tone... People/Investors are more likely to have there attentions caught by e.biz selling for 66,000.00 + than they area bunch of $XXX-$XXXX sales from 2 character domains... Plus with ME.BIZ, My.Biz, and names like that coming you may even have a chance of more money if more people get involved...
I second Bmugford, it's a fluke..Biz is a well established Gtld and is well known. I would not be surprised, when these get taken to market and seen on TV as am sure they will, the .Biz extension will recieve an almighty boost.
.eu has almost 3 million registrations. Is .eu well established ?Archangel - Must respectfully disagree with you. .BIZ is the 10th leading domain extension in the world. Over 2 million registrations.
Not many high-profile, legitimate sites. TBH I never visit .biz sites. Do you ?Also your comment about not many developed sites is most definitely wrong. There are many thousands of well-developed sites.
You must not visit financial websites, or be aware that "biz" is common for business.I think the TLD is sleazy and unbrandable
