Much higher than anyone else but I suspect alot of last min interest with all of those 1 letter .Biz

I find it odd that 1.biz and x.biz have higher bids. To me, e.biz really means something.

I am pretty sure it is going higher. Most SEDO auctions that are going over $10K get stuck on $9,999 for a period of time before the serious bidders step in. This is because bidding over $10K requires special verification steps to be taken.

Over 40k already. Damn i didnt see that coming $41,500 at the moment. But i am glad about this, since i have many nice .biz domains and maybe this will bump up the value a bit.

I may have to disagree... I like the idea of letting the 1 characters set the price tone... People/Investors are more likely to have there attentions caught by e.biz selling for 66,000.00 + than they area bunch of $XXX-$XXXX sales from 2 character domains... Plus with ME.BIZ, My.Biz, and names like that coming you may even have a chance of more money if more people get involved...

I am shocked that all these L.biz and N.biz are going for so much. You can get 3-4 letter popular words for virtually nothing in .BIZ

I know there is a rarity issue, but these are still .BIZ extensions and putting out close to $10K for some random ones makes no sense to me when you could get a much better short relevant keyword for 1/20th of the price.

Maybe. I still would view this more as a fluke than a boost to .BIZ overall. But if it boosted .BIZ I would welcome it.

It will be interesting to see the breakdown of end users to domainers that bought these.

Well i look at this this way.. O.biz is launching soon and i think that e.biz will be developed as well. I think that could make a nice promotion for the .biz extension to the general public and that could drive up the value of .biz in general.

JD .us can not do as well until the nexus is in place and prevents many people from buying .us domains.. If they make that auction before doing this they are fools..
