We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

It took me roughly 8 hours to complete bulk updates that normally take around 15 minutes.
I've sent you a direct message regarding this issue. I have shared these delay/site speed cases with the team and will update everyone here. I sincerely apologize for any frustration!

Yes, I don't know what is going on.

I also had a bit of a security scare yesterday. Suddenly, I could see in the "Recent logs" that someone had accessed my account from Hong Kong in the middle of the night my time. Last time I checked, I didn't live in Hong Kong, and I don't use VPNs. Needless to say, I also use 2FA.

Dynadot's support staff (she was great, by the way) quickly assured me that it was one of their own staff who had accessed my account with view-only access. But it still left me uncomfortable. Why would they want to access my account from Hong Kong? So if you see a strange IP address in your log in history, it could be Dynadot staff.

She said she would suggest that they change their log reporting so that it will clearly indicate when it was done by Dynadot staff. I really hope they do that.

Thank you for sharing this feedback with the team! We will work on implementing a different way to display log reporting in order to prevent any confusion on account access.

For several days now. It is impossible to get any work done in the domain manager.

It is taking about 8 seconds for mine to load. I have my page set at 250 per page. I am experiencing other issues. Like being logged out. Then when I try to log back in it just keeps loading the login again. I have to clear cookies and then it works.

I have updated our team that there is still an ongoing struggle with the manage domains section, specifically around load times. Again, I do apologize and will update everyone as soon as possible!

Sorting by cart count recently stopped working.

Also, no one ever wants to default to lowest to highest when sorting by views/cart count etc ;)

It appears as though they implemented the change.

The page has been down since yesterday. I have already created a support ticket.
We have resolved this issue and users can now access the my store/profile page successfully. Thank you for your patience!

@Dynadot - I very much dislike the new domain manager.

Containerization may be ok for managing small portfolios, but when it comes to efficiently and effectively managing large portolios, it's a fail.

What wee you guys thinking?

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this change. We will continue to resolve the issues/feedback being provided by customers as soon as possible.

Am I the only one who has slow transfers out of dynadot? Yesterday It took 1 hour 15 minutes to finally see the domain in the transfers out tab. After I see it there, it takes 5 minutes for me to allow the transfer out. That is longer than the one hour time it has been taking.

Why does it take this long? I am able to transfer out of godaddy, namecheap, name.com, name silo etc and have it completed within 10 minutes.

Also, I cannot right click and open the cart in a new tab anymore.

The "For Sale" at Afternic and Sedo indicators/icons in the Manage Domain section are also not updating anymore.
