We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

Thank you @Lox , you can also set up domain forwarding using the 'bulk action' menu on your manage domains page by following the steps in this guide:

not a few minutes registering a domain already got it

The grace deletion period allows you to delete a domain for an account credit if you wish to cancel the registration of the domain, you can find some more information on grace deletions and the grace deletion period for each TLD at the link below:

I'm sorry for the delays, we were receiving delayed payment notifications from Paypal yesterday which caused some orders to continue showing as 'Waiting For Payment' after payment had been made. Those delays have since been resolved, and your orders have been completed.

Thank you for letting us know about these problems, I don't believe these are intentional and have raised the issues with our app team for further investigation. Our team are constantly looking to improve our app and expand its features, so any feedback or suggestions are always greatly appreciated.
