Must admit it can be a nasty side to domaining, thankfully it doesn't rear its head in domainer to domainer discussions too often. Sure most of us have experience of negotiations that have gone South, either through outlandish valuations or hesitation and stalling while the seller or buyer can't make up their minds. But how many of us really feel the need to take to a public forum to name and try to shame that individual even when a supposed agreement was on the table
I don't feel there's a need to Name anyone ever. Sure use the example for humorous or heads-up real-world domainer experiences but keep it anonymous. When it happens with Vengeance in mind, I don't feel there's a real need to bite-back apart from correcting any inaccuracies, let the domain community be the judge 'Would you really want to deal with that person, throwing the mud, yourself.' The resulting damage is all self-inflicted.
