advice Domain Broker email. Legit or scam?

Hi all. Received the following email in regards to one of my domains. I removed the domain, email address and name in case it is legit:

Subject: Offer to purchase (my domain)

Hello!

I represent a buyer from Yokohama (Japan) who wants to buy (domain) for a new web project.

I help our VIP clients to find names for their projects.

Our buyer can make you a really good offer.

If you have more names please email me the list. I may offer them to our buyers.

Has the hall mark bearings of a scam
If he is so interested in the domain you have where is the offer for the domain?

It reads like the old appraisal scam. If you reply they'll likely ask you to buy an appraisal certificate from someone of their choice.

Delete and move on, IMO.

Recieved the same email few times within the month. Did not even reply, it's a scammer.

All the genuine brokers who have contacted me seem to offer a low(ish) starting price, but I then I ignore the others, so maybe I'm missing some deals.

I have received exactly the same email, word for word. Broker's name is Ryoko Takahashi. Isn't?
But you can try to reply...maybe I lost my $xxxxx sale

Tell them it may be for sale if they purchase a prepurchase appraisal from you.
