IS this email a Scam? Help

So today I received an email from a "domain broker". Please let me know if you think it's legit or just another email scam.
It says this:

Hello!

I'm a broker of an investor from Calgary (Canada). He wants to buy Sclob.com.

My client has $361,000 budget for 20-25 domains. Please specify your asking price in the subject of your message.

Our company provides web design and web hosting services.

If you have other domains with a good selling potential I may offer them to my clients.

How can we transfer money to you (escrow, wire, Paypal or Western Union)?

I can also help you with the transfer process.

They always use that line.. Plus "My client has a budget of..." These guys are just robots programmed that way I guess

Just stay away from these people. They are appraisal scammers!

Report the emails as a phishing scam or mark it as spam if you do not have that option.

Yep, it's sure a domain appraisal scam. Reply back that you'd be glad to sell it to them but you're not paying for a domain appraisal, the buyer can pay for it himself if he wants one. lol
