Legit or scam?

I got an email about a domain that recently expired, DBSG.com:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Message Subject : Regarding Your Expired Domain Name (real estate apartment for rent at dbsg.com)


I hope you are in good health.

This domain is expired and you have not renewed it Since long... Sir I
would like to know if this domain is not in your use then please give me a
favour to renew it i will pay you for the renewal fee that is not more
then $15. I will pay you $80 Extra to helping me out.

This domain will be deleted from your account shortly because its expired
and crossing its renewal time, So I don't want you to waste this domain
and Rather this domain will be deleting from your account please accept my
offer and renew it.

I can pay you the money first. through the following Options.

1- Paypal
2- Western Union
3- Bank Wire

This is not a spam email and I got your email address from the whois of
this domain name so please reply me because i need this domain and that's
why i am sending you this email.

If this domain is in your use then Best of luck with it in your future.

Sounds legit... doesn't seem like the 'normal' scams that ask you to appraise it or anything.
