DAN.COM (formerly known as Undeveloped.com) is on a path to be become the biggest domain marketplace in the world. We use state of the art technology to solve everyday problems buyers and sellers in the domain industry face. At DAN.COM we focus on automating most processes required to buy & sell domains to increase a more efficient and active secondary market for domains.

What sets us apart is our strong focus on product development and customer satisfaction. We leave nothing to chance and every single feature and element we introduce is professionally and carefully designed and built.

DAN.COM is ranked in the top 5 best-rated marketplaces in the world (According to the biggest review platform Trustpilot) and in the domain industry, we're the domain marketplace with the highest rating with an average of 9,4 out of 10 points.

At DAN.COM you will get the highest value for the lowest commission around. Due to our domain transfer automation, we can offer significantly faster handling of domain transactions and payouts (usually within 24 hours) at the lowest fee charged by any domain marketplace.

We've been the first on many fronts and proudly will continue to keep innovating. We were the first to offer optimized for sale pages since 2013, the first to provide payment plans in the form of lease to own and rentals and also the first and only domain marketplace offering free SSL on all domains parked with us for over a year now.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
As of this morning, the DAN site locks up whenever I try to respond to an offer in any way.

The site seems to work fine, but the second I open up the negotiation window, I cannot type anything or interact with the window, then the system locks hard and the browser gives out a "Page is not Responding" error.

This happens to me on both Edge and Chrome and not being able to negotiate on DAN is quite a major issue on my side.

I have the same issue

Same here right now! Wish I knew this, as I went to decline an offer with intent on leave message now, I can not get the message typed nore sent.

3 in a row.

Looks like there's a problem. Have not tested myself.

Yep, I was up early this morning and Chrome/Edge both updated to version 95, and at that moment Dan lost functionality.

As more people get auto-upgraded the number of affected users will only grow.

You'd expect that DAN has tools that monitor these things, and alert them even in the weekend.

That's what really sucks about the Chrome 95 update - something this major (as opposed to a 94.XX mini-update) is happening on a weekend where vendor support is virtually non-existent.

I tweeted this to @Undeveloped early this morning and have heard zip, so I doubt any developers are in the office and we'll all be stuck until Monday at the earliest.

See one more screenshot - when Redirect is OFF...
It is NOT related to their expired certificates (already discussed above), I just regged this dropped domain and added it...
Wrong cert for DAN.COM from the beginning, which certainly ends with Warning/Error...

If redirect is on, there is no warning? 🤔

Well, my Chrome version seems to ahead of yours.

Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Microsoft Edge
Version 95.0.1020.30 (Official build) (64-bit)
Another good reason not to simply update anything other than anti-virus programs, they often come with "surprise traps" and if you're very unlucky you won't be able to downdate it without going through shady download sites.

Confirming here as well, on Brave (C-95). Shitty Brave was auto-force-updating and I didn't realize it until it's too late. Their options/settings page was so full of other things; first time users won't even realize that disabling auto-updates wasn't even an option. DAN froze the moment I click the message text box.

The problem is that everything is forcing auto-update these days and to disable it means literally disabling entire program sets at the OS level that check, download and install said updates.

I forgot Winhole over a decade ago - and never even thought to use it again...
I also forgot Antiviruses - and never had any malware on my Debian desktop.

Suggesting the same for "Responds within xx [time unit]"

Agreed. I recently tried many times over the course of one day to respond to an offer but the message box would not allow me to input more than one or two characters. Although it was likely a browser issue (I used another computer and browser to finally be able to respond) I'm assuming it added time to my response counter.

Looks that such Unresponsive design issues are already traditional in their hands...
Just 3 months ago they released the absolutely dead Standard theme...

I guess, including previous Unresponsive issue 3 months ago, their devs are testing DAN in Firefox only.

And when you ask them why you make no sales for days they always say everything is fine...
Game changers could come...

The worst thing about all this is that we sellers are deep in the weeds because we can't respond to offers, but what all the potential buyers trying to do the same, getting irritated and taking off?

It's been a very bad month for me at Dan, and although I forward all my domain traffic there, I have 0 sales at $0, while I have 4 sales at GD for October, and even 1 at Sedo.

Something is very wrong about those numbers.

Just tried, sent message to the buyer successfully in Chromium 93...
I didn't receive any reply from this US bidder...
So they have the same Unresponsive issue definitely.

Good morning @DomainRecap,

Have you made sure to contact our support desk and provide all required details for them to investigate?

In addition, the assumption of losing customers experiencing the same is wrong. We monitor the traffic and behavior closely and have noticed no significant changes in the dropout. If you provide us with the negotiations involved we can investigate the matter for you.
