On DAN seller's portfolio listing page where it says to show 25 per page and has options for 10, 25, 50, 100, 250... Let it remember the seller/admin's # of listings to show once they select it.
Yes, I already asked it a few weeks ago in their LiveChat.
They always need many votes to implement even MUSTHAVE features...

What is the average response time from Dan.com support in chat?
Last few months they reply to me within minutes or max. 2h.

It already does that. But, I think it resets if you log in from a different device. Mine sticks to the 250 per page selection every time
It doesn't remember on their side.
Clear cookies - and you will get their default page size.

I have noticed that Google doesn't index my domains in their Redirect mode (to internal page with LiveChat).
They even disappear from Google index.
So I disabled it today.

Also no any gain for me from this Redirect in terms of sales.

When I started transaction at Dan, there was intro message: if I want address message to human I need start message with @simon

In my case Transfer Specialist name is Karam.

So when I want send message to him, I should use @karam ?

Just want understand how system work and why human ignore my messages.

Thank you for contacting us.

Instead of using Namepros, you would have gotten faster results and responses when consulting our chat. Our transfer team works queue-based. If your client replies to his/her instructions outside of our transfer team's office hours response is given the next day. One of the reasons why delays take place in responding is because every new message you send causes you to get relisted at the back of the queue. Many sellers choose to send a new message regarding one inquiry while it is best to simply be patient and await a response. Besides getting relisted at the back of the queue the workload for our support team is increasing due to the number of responses required as well.

Regarding this case, I can recommend contacting our support chat or [email protected] with the transaction involved and have them look into this. In addition, I strongly recommend sending an inquiry to our support only once and await a response to ensure the swiftest response time.

I don't see the reason why we have to log into DAN everyday just to look credible in the eyes of end users. This isn't Fiverr or some other freelancing site where time is extremely of the essence. If we ain't dead then the name will surely be transferred. We shouldn't be penalized just because we chose to ignore super low ballers. Only a rare breed of domainers like me may still respond to low ballers as soon as possible. So apparently now a super low balling robot can abuse the system and cause sellers' reputations to plummet instantly by sending low ball offers non-stop until legitimate end users will eventually see "Responds within - never". 'Verified trusted seller' status isn't going to help if end users get indicators to doubt that status in the first place.

Till now Payoneer payout option not added yet any I have payments on Payoneer not approved yet more than one week , I need to have my payments above 10K to PayPal with accepted extra fees and you refuse that

Sometimes an offer coming while we're online but we're a bit busy and sometimes we need a time to research who is our buyer. For me, it doesn't feel good when potential buyers know I'm online but don't answer them right away.

Some sellers don't mind that information being there.

PS: You can disable those four details by going to

Settings>>For Sale Page>>Meet The Seller>>Do not show anything

This will disable everything except your bio (If you have your bio enabled). It's an all or nothing approach. So, you can't have Verified Trusted Seller enabled but Last Online disabled

For me MeetTheSeller doesn't show anything using Standard theme, even if enabled. It is absent completely.
I can see it with Brandable theme only.

That's strange. I use the standard theme and it works for me

I guess, it works with Standard theme - only if you also have Bio.
If no Bio (empty, like in my case) - MTS doesn't work at all.

I still can't see the mts box with Standard theme enabled. I'm curious, what are your settings? Maybe it's a combination of several settings which is causing this problem for some users.

My settings

For sale page theme: standard

Header background type: color

Default for sale page background: teal

Font color: dark

Selling Options: buy now + make offer

Payment plan options: Enable installments 2 years

Make an offer: on

Meet the seller: show info

Meet the seller box:
member since 2018
Responds within 20 minutes

Traffic graph: don't show anything

Promote your domain store: show bio

Captcha: disable captcha

Host your for sale page on dan.com: redirect your buyers to your internal marketplace for sale pages (selected)

Bodis user ID: Disable the hybrid for sale pages for all domains

Then, under my About You settings, I have my nickname and bio fields filled out

I guess, it works with Standard theme - only if you also have Bio.
If no Bio (empty, like in my case) - MTS doesn't work at all.
Just deleted my Bio and it still works.

Then another option breaks MTS...
Do you use your own avatar?
I use just their autogenerated 2L image.

Please set it to: Don't show anything.
Just to test MTS...
Tried this.

It removed MTS on the individual landing pages of my domains. But the MTS options still shows up under the settings page.

I can also see my bio and those other information like Last Online, Member Since etc on my profile page when I visit the link from my Namepros signature box here.
