I have found some neologisms registered as TM.
EX:
Cybrary on line Library (Web based library)
Webrary almost the same meaning (see^)
So, if I will register something like LawCybrary, BioCybrary it can potentially involve TM dispute?

Well, any word, real or imagined, can be trademarked. It's up to the trademark
office to decide if they'll accept it or reject it based on existing standards.

If jberryhill is here, he can better answer that.

But, if you include a word that is trademarked by another company you may have issues. Like, in the case of Mike Rowe who registered MikeRoweSoft.com. MS sued him and won. This poor guy didn't even have a similar word other than soft.
There was a guy here that registered a Whistler related domain and the Olympics people took the name..Try submitting it to the trademark office..Never hurts to try.
