Position: Customer Support Specialist (part-time)
Location: From home

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is friendly and hardworking to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist. We’re searching for the right person that will help greatly improve customer satisfaction through prompt and thorough inquiry responses. Knowledge of domain names and the domain industry is required. Schedule is flexible and can revolve around your hours. Great chance of a future promotion if worker exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

· Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, forums, and other means of communication.

· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

· Document support questions & answers in the form of knowledge base notes and articles.

· Perform general administration tasks as well as tasks related to Bodis parking system and Bodis marketplace.

Requirements

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A warm, approachable manner.

· 2+ year experience in the domain name industry.

· A technical background is a plus.

When i was waiting for the payment from BODIS.
I get an message saying my account is suspended today.
Has anyone faced this

There is simply not much we can do if our upstream ad providers charge back 100% of your earnings. Other times we take pro-active measures. Furthermore this hurts our network and it hurts other users with clean traffic.

Yep agreed with matt as if upstream ad providers charge back 100% of earnings .Most of cases matt force to close the accounts as per TOS.

Thanks for your reply, but sir my traffic is as per your terms and conditions so why my account is suspended may be bodis recover our loss because of ddos attack by suspended the bodis account. Sir it not good its a good company i m using this parking last 3 years, but due to this problem my thinking is change on bodis. Please sir solve the problem plz sir...
