I understand about the policy 1-2 days to verify payment on a sale at Bodis, but should there be any type of email notification to a seller indicating that a domain in there account has been sold ?
I would not have even known if the buyer would not have contacted me.
I understand your query; however, we only send the email notifications after the payment has been verified. This way we know that the sale is valid by the time we start to work with the seller. After all, we wouldn't want to get anyone's hopes up for a domain sale if the payment was not completely validated![]()
This is sound thinking but there's a slight chance there could be confusion if said domain has been listed on multiple sites.
Even if the domain has a 'buy now' on Bodis and 'make offer' on all the other sites, during the 1-2 days of waiting the seller might get a better offer and accept that better offer resulting in a great confusion for everyone.
Had a decent sale yesterday for a fixed price listing on Bodis, customer has said they paid, but I have yet to receive any type of notification indicating the sale or the customer paying ?
Can anyone help me out on this ?

Also, please note that the domain buying/selling process can take up to 15 business days to complete.
I realize how long it could take according to your policy, however, you sent me an email on March 21st, 2014 quoting:
"Looks good! Iโll finish it up today and payment will be to you in 1-2 business days."

Then after I had to write multiple messages, etc and I finally get paid on March 28, 2014 which is 7 days later ?
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I am sooooo frustrated with Bodis support!
3 weeks ago I added a new domain to my account.
I got this message:
"The following domain names have to be manually reviewed by Bodis."
"Domain name is already in a different user account and is pending review".
"Domains Pending Review: 1"
Ok then, I waited.
I also sent them 2 emails inquiring about this issue. No response whatsoever. 3 weeks gone.
What are my other options? How to get this solved?

Can you please PM me the domain so that I can look into this?
Also, as for pending domains we require that the WHOIS information matches the account information. If it does not, we deny the pending domain request. However, if you choose to keep the privacy protection set, then you can send us a legible screenshot of the domain at the registrar and we'll manually add the domain to your account.
i love bodis, specially the low commission, but i see on homepage Featured Domains are always the same, they never change, i suggest to randomize them that it will help in finding buyers.
Has anyone here sold a domain on Bodis and got paid? I sold a domain over a month ago and have yet to be paid. I have emailed Bodis and got no reply.
