I have not shown stub or anyone else just yet, but will. But we are testing the templates now on some internal accounts and am looking to test it on a few third party user accounts before launching them. So I'll be getting in touch to those that have already PMed me to test it.

1 good update:

Usually payments have been sent out between 45-60 days after a calendar month's end. This month marks the last month for 45-60 days.

Our payments are now NET 30. That means this month everyone should get payments for both December and January.

An official announcement will be emailed out tomorrow.

All future payments will be sent exactly between 25 and 30 days after a calendar month's end, no later. On top of that notification emails will be sent before each payment with the total amount. We will also send emails after each payment to confirm that payment has been sent out.

Hopefully this is one good news for Bodis members for the month of February with more to come.

Once again, I don't understand the philosophy here, but I suppose I may be missing something obvious. What are you testing? Simple inquiry links like "This domain may be for sale" either work or they don't. if I remember right, you're now doing a simple inquiry system. . . the kind that takes 30 minutes to test with five people trying the links out as both buyers and sellers. The inquiry link sends an e-mail to the domain's owner or it doesn't. It doesn't take weeks of 3rd party testing or secret trials. If controlled internal testing shows it works, why not release it to everyone for beta? Why not let everyone enjoy the opportunity of selling domains and, at the same time, satisfy whatever testing and feedback concerns you may have?

If it's merely testing for inquiry placement on the page, that's more reason than ever to let all the members try it; you'd get way better feedback on the number of inquiries and sales from the whole membership, and again, they would get a chance to sell domains without another delay.

Verbster: I was just refering to testing templates. There's a lot of variables. Even though I've been testing them, you never know what to expect based on domain. One of my portfolios seen a 20-30% increase. Another didn't see anything. So there's a lot of tweaking, new variations, and changes going on.

I want everyone to see a nice increase in revenue, that's why I'm taking my time.

Net 30 is a great improvement. Thank you Matt. But until we can actually start selling domains thru the contact page, it doesn't mean a lot. This contact page has been promised for years. But still it's unavailable with no promised date by which it will be implemented. I transferred 2000+ domains to Bodis in November last year, on the understanding that it was imminent, but it's still not here. When Matt, is this Contact/For Sale page going to be implemented? Soon doesn't cut it anymore?

Hey Stu,

Trust me I am not trying to make things hard for you, I have no gain in that and am going to be releasing the inquiry tomorrow at least on your account to start with.

It's just that they were only created for the new templates, and I hoped to fully launch the new templates with a few issues that came in between.

Anyway, this morning we did launch the new templates. Not fully. They are optimizing with the old ones. So far the results have been positive.

It takes upto a week for it to fully optimize where results may be up and down. After a week, there should be absolutely no one that is making less than they did before. They should be either the same or more.

Also the NET 30 payments should have gone out last night.

If you do like what you see so far on new templates, feel free to bring in more domains as it is a good sign it'll stay or get better. If you are making the same or less, then wait a week and you should be back to normal or above what you've already been making once the system optimizes and the dust settles.

The more people bring in, the more everyone will make over time. I guarantee that.

Wow bodis is really improved alot since i joined them.. i just moved 140 domain back to bodis and i got one of my best clicks over 2 years in domain parking
and the revenue is incresed every day

No plans right now for NET 15. I think I'll keep it at the current payout rate for the time being, but one day it'll get better of coarse, I just have a few things on my priority list that I have to get to first.

Happy to hear someone is getting higher paying clicks. Hope it keeps up for you, zlm.

Hmmm . . . . Interesting. Can you explain it a little? Does it mean that current income generated all goes into some sort of pool and payouts are determined from some formula including the size of the pool? Or does it mean something like the more clicks generated the higher the payout agreement moves up the the upstream provider's payout ladder?


Or both...or neither?

keep up the hard work matt, my rpm has doubled yesterday and today another double so far.

avoid the noise and keep on what your doing matt.. yes a net 15 would be nice but that will come. i would rather see my rpm higher then other places then worry on a net 15 pay out at this time.

things are falling into place.. yes its been a long road some and things cant be all done all at once. i like what im seeing so far and im happy.

going be a fun year!

Thanks Matt. I apologize if i was a tad forceful in my last post. I see my domains are on the plain template. How to pick which template style for any domain? I don't see how to do this in the Control Panel. Although I personally only want 1 template style of the selection you showed earlier (first look) for all my domains. I still don't see any Contact Link, however? Or any copyright notice?

bodis may still work for you guys - but my account saw a collaps in the past 4 days - only a fraction - YES A FRACTION - left from what once was a fair amount - every single time - there is suppose to be an improvement - i end up making half of the revenue i made before !!
