AdSense appearance - What works best for you?

I'm just curious - I've always thought that adsense that blends and looks similar in color and font to your "real" content is the best way to go. However, recently I've found that some of my ad units that really stand out are doing very well.

What are your thoughts? Or at least vote in the poll...
