If you had the chance to snag a domain of a world known name (Trademarked) would you? No additional letters or words with it? For example, not really available, but if it were would you take lets say coke.ws? Would somebody that big sue your a$$ off or would they settle to save the time, cost, and public perception? Would it be worth the risk?

coke.ws should be easy enough to defend, as "coke" is a generic word. CocaCola.ws, on the other hand, would be asking for pain.

In answer to your question, I might if I can find a legitimate reason for registering the domain. If its just for pure reselling, I'd probably stay away.

Yea I hear ya on that. It's just so tempting but it would be a real stretch to make this one fly although not necessarily impossible.
