I'm new here and hope this is the correct place to post this.
I'm having problems with the Registrar NameSecure updating the Whois on a domain name.
This domain name has been with them for 12 years and in the last year they have gone down the tubes as probably the worst Registrar in the net.
I've tried for months now to get the account email updated so I can transfer it out to another registrar. The original email address is no longer functional.
In the control panel it's changed but not in the Whois registry.
NameSecure has useless support now and no phone numbers and will not answer any support tickets but they sure as heck still want your money for renewals that has increased $5.00 without any warning.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
