Do you immediately list it on marketplaces like Afternic, Sedo, or Dan? Maybe you create a landing page or run ads to promote it? Are there any specific strategies or tools you use to attract potential buyers?

List on sedo, verify. List on atom, verify. List on afternic, point NS to afternic. Update spreadsheet

You can add other marketplace verification txt records at Atom and once it all propagates then you can add the domains to Sedo and Afternic.

Atom & Domaineasy mostly. I don't do anything to drive traffic, the best buyers come naturally.

Hello, Bananot. I would do market research first to determine its value so I could follow up with marketing. Then I would create landing pages to attract potential buyers and do search engine optimization or promote it on social media.

2. park at bodis/sedo, parkingcrew, etc.
3. add to afternic
4. check stats after 30-60 days, if any traffic go to step 5
5. see parking section
6. sit back and wait for offers.
