Alexa doesn't show all correct information but gives you an idea about the site...i do agree alexa Rank is useless/wrong but other information like -

Regional Traffic (Percent of Visitors)
Search Query
Clickstream

etc provide good idea about a site...but alexa is quite useless for new or undeveloped domains....
