Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

Thanks, Reza. The earlier errors seem to be fixed now. But I get a different error now:Hi Anant, try again now snd please let me know if it worked. The server of ns1 was replaced today.
You are in a pretty unique situation, dealing with the .is registry, as they do things a little different than most other registries...Thanks, Reza. The earlier errors seem to be fixed now. But I get a different error now:
The following errors were found:
It appears that to register the nameservers with .is registry operator, they need a tech contact from undeveloped. The interface is terrible and not very easy to understand (at least for me).
- The nameserver ns1.undeveloped.com has not been registered
- The nameserver ns2.undeveloped.com has not been registered

ISNIC is expecting to see Undeveloped's NameServers respond to an inquiry with your domain before they are going to let you add them.
I am not sure of how Undeveloped's internal code is setup, but have you added the domains to Undeveloped yet? If not - I would advise you to add it to Undeveloped, and then wait a couple of hours, and then try to set your nameservers at ISNIC.
Of course @Undeveloped can assist much more than I can...
The UK domain space is a bit complicated at the moment (as you may well know?). A .co.uk domain registered before 2015 carries with it the rights to the .uk domain, and so many .uk domains are unregistered. In June 2019 (or somewhere around that time) those rights end, and the .co.uk owner has to register the .uk domain or it becomes available for public registration.
But there are of course .co.uk domains which 'drop' and at this point the .co.uk and .uk become seperated. So on DomainLore (wholesale / domainer marketplace) listings come in four forms, any of these:
a) .co.uk on its own
b) .uk on its own
c) .co.uk with .uk rights intact until 2019
d) .co.uk + .uk together
At the moment I have domains which fit category d. But for now I have just decided to list the .co.uk on undeveloped, and if I receive an offer it is a bridge we have to cross in negotiations perhaps. So if they offer $500 for the .co.uk and ask about the .uk, I can perhaps then offer the .uk together for $700 or something - so not a major issue for me personally. A solution to this for the next 18 months would help you gain traction with other UK domainers though I feel.
It would make a lot of sense. It would be frustrating for people to have a portfolio of $200 domains together with some $5000 domains.... and for the first 2 or 3 listings to be the rubbish ones. Just being able to control the first 2 or 3 results when unsorted would be good for the buyers perception of the wider portfolio.... plus most domainers have a good idea which of their domains are the most valuable, so taking that small section out of the hands of the algorithms would make sense to me? Visitors do not have to know that these first couple of results are manually selected by the seller.

Couple more questions I have. I've tested by moving across some of my low quality domains, I'm basically starting from scratch so I've got to stalk godaddy auctions for good stuff... need to know the following:
1). Is the fee 9% or 15%? Seen conflicting info. Presumably it was 15%, now been reduced to 9%?
2). I've seen something about VAT being charged to sellers. I presume this is only levied on the commission element, and not the entire domain? So if I sell a domain for $1000 to a european buyer I am charged $90 + about $18 VAT..... not $90 + $200 VAT on the domain?
Is anyone else noticing really long load times on their names?

@Undeveloped - I've currently been using Undeveloped for a bulk of my domains and I'm a big fan so far, especially a fan of your landing pages. I just realized that two of my names will not upload into my portfolio because both of them are already for sale by two separate companies on Undeveloped. One of the companies has a large portfolio and the other company only has my name listed on Undeveloped.
I'm a fan of the site and I plan on sticking around but this bothers me. Is there going to be some sort of a self-verification method for domains that are uploaded?
